  1. Pour 200 g of whole grain into 1 liter of water.
  2. Boil.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Cool down.
  5. Squeeze out.
  6. Mix with sea buckthorn juice in equal amounts.

Scheme: drink half a glass three times a day, preferably before meals.

Duration: 2 weeks. You can repeat it every 3 months.

Porridge from stones

Side effects

In rare cases, peeling with oats ends in failure, and the lack of results is not the worst ending. If you ignore contraindications, abuse of grain, improperly cooked dish, side effects and even complications are possible. Among the most common:
