ArcheAge: knowledge base, secrets, guides, walkthrough. Specializations in ArcheAge

Free MMORPG ArcheAge opens up vast possibilities for players. Moreover, the possibilities of the game are so rich that novice players are often lost what to do, where to go, what to do. We would recommend starting your passage of ArcheAge by reading this guide, which describes the main features and capabilities of the game.

Character Creation

Before starting the game, all users will have to select a race. It is worth considering that, as conceived by the developers, all players are initially divided into two large hostile factions, each of which includes 2 playable races:

The Western Continent faction includes the Nuian and the Elves.
The Eastern Continent faction includes the Harnians and Ferres.

If you plan to start the game with a friend, choose one race to start from the same location.

Each race has certain racial bonuses, but these bonuses do not have a special impact on the gameplay. Does not affect the characteristics of the characters and their gender.

Specializations in ArcheAge

Specialization in this game is a set of active and passive skills, grouped into 10 areas. Of the 10 available specializations, the player can choose 3. By combining 3 skill branches, the player forms a specific character class. In ArcheAge, by the way, there are 120 possible classes, although not all of them are viable.

At the character creation stage, only 6 specializations will be available to you:

Attack- Melee skills are collected here. If you prefer to fight in close combat using swords, spears, hammers, etc., then this is your choice.
Magic- magic skills responsible for causing damage are collected here. This branch is designed for battle mages.
The pursuit- branch for archers.
Healing- magical skills responsible for healing. These skills are designed for those who prefer to play as support classes.
Mysticism- magic aimed at controlling the enemy and causing damage. A branch for mage controllers.
Stealth- a branch for assassins who prefer to attack enemies suddenly, from invisibility.

First steps in ArcheAge

You shouldn't have any particular difficulties leveling up your character - during the game you will constantly be given tasks that will allow you to quickly increase your level and earn some money. Completing quests is the fastest way to level up your character to high levels. By completing quests you will gradually discover new locations and get acquainted with the world of ArcheAge.

Often you will come across tasks, to complete which you will have to kill a certain number of mobs, collect a certain number of quest items that are rarely found in the location. In this case, competition may arise between players for limited resources. To complete the quest quickly and without conflicts, you can create a team or raid with other players and complete the quest together.

The second and third specializations become available to players at levels 5 and 10. Before this, it is advisable for you to decide what kind of character class you are going to create. In total, 120 classes can be created in the game, but there are several basic classes that are most popular in the game. We will look at them below.

Combo

As you play, you will learn that a number of skills, when used in combination with some other skills, become more effective - the damage increases, the cooldown time between using the ability decreases, etc. The description of each skill indicates all possible effects and combinations. Since creating a combo usually requires skills from different skill trees, this is one of the factors influencing the choice of skill trees when forming a class.

Fighters

Assassin and Assassin (Attack/Stealth/Hypnosis and Assault/Stealth/Resistance) - these characters attack enemies from invisibility, deal huge damage and hide again.
Champion (Offense/Stealth/Defense) - warriors with good defense who fight in the front ranks, deal high damage and can control a single target.

At early levels, fighters have access to control skills from the Stealth and Attack branches: Cobra Throw and Dash. They can be used to attack mobs in the back using the Eviscerate skill. This will allow you to save on healing and mana. When attacking head-on, the Triple Strike skill does more damage.

Archers

This class specializes in ranged attacks and is characterized by high mobility and high damage.

For archers, the obligatory branches are the Pursuit and Stealth branches. The third specialization is chosen based on your preferred play style:

Defense will help create a versatile and tenacious character.
Resistance will give increased mobility and protect your character from enemy control skills.
Healing is good for players who prefer to play PvE, as they will have the ability to heal. But for PvP such a build will be of little use, since it will lose anti-control skills.
Hypnosis will give your character the ability to control the enemy and increase magical defense.

Until level 10, an archer does not have powerful attacking skills, so you will have to level up using the skills Jagged Arrow and Stunning Shot from the Pursuit branch and Eviscerate and Cobra Throw from the Stealth branch.

At level 10, archers will gain the powerful attack skill Avenger's Thrill. But it requires quite a lot of mana, so it is recommended to use it together with the Archer Stance skill.

Magi

There are many different mage builds in the game, but usually they can be grouped into three broad categories: AOE damage to a large number of enemies, dealing maximum damage to a single target, control of the enemy.

Sorcery/Hypnosis/Inspiration or Sorcery/Mysticism/Inspiration are more suitable for PvE against a single target. And for solo PvP, the Magic/Resistance/Mysticism, Magic/Stealth/Hypnosis or Magic/Stealth/Inspiration builds are more suitable.
Mages focused on AoE damage usually choose Sorcery/Mysticism/Defense or Sorcery/Mysticism/Resistance. Such magicians have to constantly be in a crowd of enemies, since the cast goes around the magician.

At the initial stages of the game, magicians mainly use the Fireball skill from the Sorcery branch. Fireball is enhanced by Ice Arrow. Frostbolt is usually cast after the first Fireball. All other spells require a lot of mana and are therefore rarely used.

If you chose the Mysticism branch, then actively use the Death Blade skill. This branch also allows you to replenish mana using the Energy Absorption skill.

Tanks

Heavily armored fighters, whose task is to hold opponents and protect allies, are divided into two groups in ArcheAge:
Classic tanks (Attack/Defense/Healing or Attack/Defense/Resistance) are commonly used in PvE. They are very tenacious and are able to withstand attacks from mobs for a long time.
Controller tanks (Mysticism/Defense/Healing or Mysticism/Defense/Resistance) fight more often in PvP. They can run into a crowd of enemies and cast debuffs that weaken opponents.

If you have chosen the Mysticism branch, use the Death Blade skill more often. If you chose Attack, then your main attack skills are Charge and Triple Strike.

Healers and support

Healers (Healing/Resistance/Hypnosis or Healing/Resistance/Defense) must heal, this is their main task. The Defense branch allows you to wear robes at high levels, and the Hypnosis branch gives more opportunities for PvP.
Bards (Inspire/Defense/Hypnosis or Inspire/Defense/Resistance) are a support class. They strengthen allies.

Support classes have the hardest time leveling up because they don't have powerful offensive skills. The main damage skill of Light and Darkness healers has a cooldown of 5 seconds. But the combination of Light and Dark + Immolate is still their best attack skill. The Bards' attack skill, Tuning Fork, also has a cooldown of 3 seconds. These classes are best trained in a group with other players.

Resetting skills

All learned skills can be reset at any time using a special button located under the branch of these skills. The cost of resetting one skill is 50 silver.
Players can also reset their specialization from special NPCs standing near the resurrection statues. Specialization can be reset for 1.5 gold.

Equipment

The ability to use various equipment in the game is not tied to a specific specialization. There are three types of armor - fabric (magic), light and heavy. Heavy armor is vulnerable to bludgeoning damage, light armor is vulnerable to piercing damage, and fabric armor is vulnerable to cutting damage. When choosing equipment, you should take into account the bonuses that are given for using a full set. Armor elements included in one set provide additional bonuses to attack power, mana and health if 3, 5, or 7 items from the set are worn.

Cloth armor is commonly used by mages as it provides bonuses to protection against magical damage, increases spell casting speed, and increases movement speed. But at the same time it has poor physical protection. The main parameter for magicians is Intelligence.
Light armor is usually used by archers and fighters. It increases attack speed and provides average protection against physical damage and spells. Archers select kits that increase Dexterity and Endurance, and fighters - Strength and Endurance.
Heavy armor is more suitable for tanks, some magicians and healers who have to be in the thick of battle. Tanks select armor based on Endurance, while Bards and Healers select armor based on Intelligence, Spirit, or Endurance.

Death

Dying in ArcheAge does not have any special consequences for players. If you are killed by mobs, then some of your equipment may break (repaired by NPCs) and you will lose some of the experience gained. Experience can be partially restored from the Nui statue. If a player dies in PvP, items are damaged by 5%.

Money

Bronze/Silver/Gold are the main means of payment in the ArcheAge world. For them you can purchase most game items from NPCs, pay taxes and buy things at auction. Money drops as loot from mobs, is given as a reward for completing quests, and is earned by trading packs.
Delphic Stars are the currency on Trade Island. Delphic stars can be used to purchase blueprints for building houses, a trading schooner, and various gliders. You can earn Delphic Stars by selling packs of regional goods to special NPCs. It is worth noting that there are two types of packs in ArcheAge: construction and trade. Construction ones are needed to build houses and ships, and trade ones are sold to merchants for Delphic stars and gold.
Crystals are a premium currency that can be purchased with real money. You can use crystals to pay for a premium subscription and buy items in the game store.

Useful items and ingredients

Be sure to leave the following ingredients in the jar and inventory:

Akhium - you will need it for crafting in the future
Moon dust - necessary for alchemy and the creation of runes, journey stones, moon stones and various magical items.
Bags of gold - contain money, open by double clicking on them.

When killing mobs, you will sometimes come across various pieces of equipment. Low-quality items can be immediately sold to NPCs, more valuable items should be broken to obtain akhium, and some items will be needed for future crafting.

The following items are broken down into akhium:

Armor of green, blue, purple and orange colors - blue akhium drops from it, used for crafting armor;
Weapons are green, blue, purple and orange - they produce red akhium, used to create weapons;
Jewelry of green, blue, purple and orange colors - green akhium is mined from it, used to create teleport stones and jewelry;
Crescent runes will yield moon dust, which is used to create runes to sharpen weapons and armor.

Things are broken down into components with a special “New Moon Stone”. It is sold by the NPC Kuznets, who can be found in all major settlements. After purchasing the New Moon Stone, right-click on the item you want to disenchant. In a few seconds it will be broken down into its components.

Professions

ArcheAge has 20 peaceful professions, thanks to which you can craft various equipment, weapons, items, equipment, improve equipment, create food and elixirs, steal and extract resources. Each profession is upgraded as you use it. For example, the lumberjack profession is upgraded by cutting down trees. Trade, crafting, etc. are pumped up in the same way.

Only two professions can be upgraded to the maximum level (50,000) (using a special item allows you to increase this number to 5). 3 professions can be upgraded to level 40,000, 4 - up to 30,000. The remaining professions can only be upgraded to 10,000.

High levels of crafting professions (Jewelcrafting, Blacksmithing, etc.) increase the chances of creating high quality items. A high level of mining professions (Lumberjack, Herbalism) increases the chances of obtaining rare resources. Increasing your engineering level is necessary to craft more advanced items.

Agriculture

To get some ingredients and resources in the game you will have to do farming. The initial quests in the game will introduce you to the basics of farming, during which you can receive a Small Scarecrow - a small personal plot of land.

Using agriculture, you can create trade packs to sell. But keep in mind that trading is a separate gaming profession, and selling packs brings experience specifically for this profession.

You can raise animals and plant plants anywhere, but only on public farms, near your house and on the big and small Scarecrow, they cannot be stolen.

All plants have their own growth rate, which is influenced by climate, which may differ in different locations. All plants have certain climatic preferences. You can learn about the climate of a location by looking at the location map.

Trade

One of the main means of earning money in the game is trading packs. Packs are created using special machines from various resources that are obtained through crafting or on farms. To trade, you will need a merchant certificate, which costs 50 silver coins.

Each location allows you to create 4 unique types of packs that can be turned in to NPCs in other locations. The further the path to the place where the pack is delivered, the more money you can earn.

Craft

A character of any level can create items, but to create high-quality items, a pumped-up profession level is required. Crafting is carried out on special machines, which can be found in all populated areas. Also, if you buy your own house, you can place the necessary machines in it.

An important ingredient for crafting is akhium. Characters will be able to wear crafted items from level 20.

Crafted weapons and items have a level gradation. For example, armor can be crafted for levels 20, 24, 30, 34, 44 and 50.

Crafting items occurs by upgrading items of a lower level. For example, to craft a level 24 item, you will need a crafted item of level 20. In addition to a leveled profession, to craft high-level items you will need ingredients that can only be obtained by having a high level of the corresponding profession, for example, alchemy.

Crafted items come in different qualities and can be assembled into sets (kits) that will give you additional bonuses. The chances of crafting a high-quality item depend on the level of upgrade of the profession. Items have the following quality levels:

Green - unusual item
Blue - rare item
Purple - unique item
Orange - epic item
Red - legendary item

Items starting with purple quality have a grade buff that increases the character’s parameters, depending on the number of items of the same quality worn. The increase in parameters depends on the quality level of the item and its type.

Job points

A common resource for all professions is “Job Points” (OP). They are spent on performing all production activities in the game - crafting items, farming, fishing, resource extraction. Premium subscription gives 3000 RP. Spent work points are restored over time.

Mounts

Mounts in ArcheAge are the most popular means of moving around the game world. By traveling on a mount and killing mobs with it, you can upgrade your mount. As they level up, mounts gain additional properties that allow them to attack enemies, slow down time, etc.

Mounts can be equipped with special equipment, which can be knocked out from mobs or purchased. If the mount dies, it can be resurrected, but it will only have 1 HP left and its movement speed will decrease by 30%. You can cure him in the stables for a small fee.

All characters can get their first mount at 5th level. For each race, the mounts are different: the Nuians have horses, the elves have deer, the Ferres have snow lions, and the Harnians have Harnian lions.

Gliders

Gliders are a special item that allows the character to glide through the air for some time. The glider is placed in a special equipment slot and is activated by quickly double-clicking the jump button.

The first glider can be obtained at level 10 for completing a certain quest.

Pets

Game pets are special animals that help their owners in battles against mobs and other players. Pets can be upgraded simultaneously with leveling up your character by killing mobs and completing quests. Gradually the pets will become stronger and learn new skills. For pets, as for mounts, there is special equipment. On

On the Western continent, the first pet can be obtained by completing a quest near Marianhold, and on the Eastern continent, the quest for a pet can be obtained in the Singing Land.

In ArcheAge you can kill both representatives of the enemy faction and your own faction. To attack a character from your faction, you need to activate the free attack mode. This mode can only be activated in PvP locations. This mode is not available at starting locations.

After the first attack by a player of his faction, blood will remain on the ground, which any player can collect. If the blood is collected, crime points will be recorded in the attacker's statistics. For every 50 crime points accumulated, after the death of the character, he will go to court and may be sentenced to prison (the trial is carried out by other players). All crime points accumulated are summarized in statistics as “Criminal Glory”. After gaining 3000 points of criminal fame, your character can become a Pirate. In this case, players of all factions and city guards will be able to attack him, but at the same time he will have access to a pirate island hidden from other players.

Having dealt the first damage to a player of his faction, the character will become flagged (the character’s health indicator will turn purple). Any other player can kill a flagged character with impunity. The flagging effect subsides over time.

It should be noted that crime points can also be obtained for theft (blood in this case also drops). Therefore, crime points can be accumulated by stealing resources from other people’s plantings located in some secluded corners of the game world.

When you kill characters from a hostile faction, you earn honor points. The accumulated points can be spent on purchasing powerful weapons, runes, mounts and special items for sieges.

Ships

Players can travel across the oceans of ArcheAge by ship. Ships allow you to reach remote islands and other continents. There are 6 types of ships in the game, starting with a boat, which can be obtained for completing a quest, and ending with the Black Pearl pirate ship, the blueprints of which will have to be collected piece by piece by farming mobs.

Most ship blueprints can be purchased on Trade Island. Before building a ship, it is necessary to lay down a shipyard. After building the shipyard, you can begin building the ship itself. To do this, you will need building packs of iron, wood, and fabric.

The ships in the game are controlled in an arcade manner, and to control the ship you need one of the crew members to be at the helm. Large warships are armed with cannons, which require archer players to fire.

Own house

The player can build his own house at any time, but this will require a large amount of resources and money, which will be difficult for beginners to collect.
You can place crafting machines and various furnishings in your houses at your discretion.

To build a house you will have to purchase a blueprint for a house on Trade Island and collect the required amount of resources. Houses come in different sizes and, accordingly, require different amounts of resources.

House plans are purchased for Delphic stars, which can be obtained by trading packs. The amount of resources required to build a particular house can be found out from the description in the drawings.

To build a house you will need building packs of stone, wood and iron.
Houses are installed in specially designated areas.

Guilds

Guilds in ArcheAge seriously expand the gaming experience. In addition to joint campaigns against raid bosses, guilds can fight for territories on the Northern Continent and create their own factions.

A guild can be created by gathering a group of 5 players and paying a special NPC 1 gold coin.

Pirates

In ArcheAge, pirates are a separate faction that can be attacked by representatives of any other factions. To become a pirate, you need to score 3,000 crime points for theft and attacks on members of your faction.
Pirates are based on a separate island, inaccessible to other players.

Making money in ArcheAge

One of the most common and profitable ways to make money in ArcheAge is by selling packs on a neighboring continent. However, this is a very unsafe activity, since you may be attacked by pirates and representatives of a hostile faction. Therefore, for successful intercontinental trade you need to have a well-developed character and an experienced team.

Singles and beginners can earn money in other ways:

Search for underwater treasures;
Collect rare ingredients for crafting in various locations;
Grow resources for sale on the farm or mine ore and stone;

For singles, the profession of Fisherman and the cultivation of rare resources for crafting (for example, the cultivation of sparkling wood) may become relevant. But it will be quite difficult for one player to independently organize a full cycle of crafting things.

Conclusion

We hope this beginner's guide answered most of your questions about the game. Our ArcheAge knowledge base contains more detailed guides and guides on various aspects of the game.

Many online games have what are called PCs. A player who becomes a PC acquires the status of an outcast: he can be killed by any other player, and with complete impunity, not a single NPC, with the exception of a special one, will have anything to do with him. To these two main inconveniences there are also a lot of unpleasant moments that make the life of a PC difficult, but interesting in its own way. The game Archeage also has characters whose owners have defied the rest of the players and lead a life of murder and crime. They are called pirates in Archeage.

It's not difficult to become a pirate in Archeage

To do this, you need to commit a certain number of crimes and accumulate negative karma. You can mercilessly kill other players, even if they are much lower in level. Killing characters who risk their lives trying to deliver valuable cargo to another continent also gives an increase in criminal karma. Even if you collected a meager lavender bush planted in the forest by another player, this will leave a blood stain on the ground and increase your chances of becoming a pirate. It’s worth clarifying right away that karma goes into minus if someone has collected the traces of blood you left behind, so if you want to become a faster pirate, it’s better to commit crimes in those game locations where there are a lot of players at any time of the day.

Consequences

Finally, the three thousand karma required to turn into a criminal is accumulated, and you automatically become the enemy of the entire Archeage world! Your nickname is now blood-colored, it is visible to all law-abiding players from afar. If you were in a guild before, you will automatically be thrown out of there. Guardsmen of any faction and neutral troops try to kill you when you try to approach them. You can now join a group or raid only with pirates!

The island of Cuba where pirates often visit

But why despair, pirates are friendly guys, they won’t let their own people perish! Pirates have their own (though the only one in this world) island, on which only they can establish real estate. There is even a raid boss on this island, which, if defeated, will make you happy with a valuable reward. Pirates, despite the inability to join a guild, can create their own. As a rule, pirates do not navigate the world of Archeage alone. Having built powerful ships and united in a strong and numerous raid, they boldly go to sea in search of dubious adventures. Pirates rarely engage in creative play. They prefer to kill weak individuals who dare to go to sea without protection; they love to attack groups of ships too, just to test their strength against the right players. After such crimes, there are no traces left in the form of blood, but what is the point in it if the criminal is already the enemy of everyone?

Pirates in Archeage cannot participate in sieges. This causes strong displeasure on the part of the owners of red karma, but the game developers have already stated many times that they are not going to change anything in this aspect.

What to do if you want to stop being a pirate?

It is much easier to gain karma than to get rid of it. On each of the two continents of Archeage you can find special NPCs who will give you a quest to launder karma. You will have to do these quests every day; it will take more than one week to completely clear your karma. During the quest, you can be killed by guards if you get too close. These could be other players who accidentally noticed a pirate nearby. After killing a pirate, the criminal fame of the person who killed you does not increase, but his pvp points will increase, so pirates are killed at every opportunity with great joy.

Pirates are really disliked in Archeage, because they interfere with absolutely everyone, rob and kill at any time of the day. However, pirates in Archeage are a game feature allowed by the developers. By becoming a pirate, you are not breaking any game rules, you are just making life more difficult for yourself and for other, law-abiding players. So it’s up to you to decide: join a normal guild, participate in sieges, engage in construction and other peaceful activities, or surf the seas of Archeage in search of dangerous adventures.

Hello, fans of MMORPG games.

In this review, we will tell you how to become a craftsman and get pleasure and benefit from it.

Take a break from working on your craft skills: plant and dig ripe carrots in the beds, or make something out of stone, or, most importantly,

more solidly, comprehending the science of alchemy, spending days and nights at a cauldron with a potion.

There are quite a lot of possible choices in the game (as many as nineteen) and you can test yourself in each of them. You will not be bored, because even if you get tired of one profession, you move on to another, still unknown to you.

But we warn you right away: you cannot study everything and become a master of all ranks at once. This is simply impossible.

From this article you will learn:

You can develop a craft up to 5 levels:

First level: from 0 to 10 thousand experience.

Second level: from 10 to 20 thousand experience.

Third level: from 20 to 30 thousand experience.

Fourth level: from 30 to 40 thousand experience.

Fifth level: from 40 to 50 thousand experience.

You can become a master (that is, reach level 5) only in one craft. You also get two upgraded craft skills, having developed each of them to level 4.

You can become a wide-profile specialist by obtaining three level 3 professions.

Having reached level 2 and above, you have a choice: either stop the development of this profession, or continue, but to the detriment of the remaining ones.

Having received the “master's seal” for 50 thousand craft points, you get another additional profession. You have the opportunity to develop all 1st level crafts up to 10 thousand experience.

What's the use of this?

By increasing , you get better conditions for production. To create a quality item, you must have high skill.

Plus, as a result, you have the opportunity to receive an item with additional defense or attack characteristics.

You can also find a more valuable ingredient by harvesting (and it doesn’t matter where: be it a garden on the ground or under water).

When you engage in crafting, you spend work points. They are restored over time (the restoration of five points lasts five minutes). For players with a “premium subscription” it doesn’t matter whether they are in the game or not.

Regular players, while in the game, restore one point every five minutes of being in the game. Job points can be used for the entire account and the characters share them among themselves.

List of available crafts:

Alchemist— create elixirs for treatment, increasing mana, strengthening defense, creating runes to increase equipment characteristics. Process akhium - the most important resource in the game.

Culinary— create treats that, when eaten, players will enhance their characteristics.

Decorator— create jewelry and items for home improvement.

Livestock breeder— create potions to resurrect pets.

Farmer— plant seeds and create fuel for tractors.

Herbalist- seeds.

Engineer— create different machines (ships, tractors, etc.).

Blacksmith- create heavy armor.

Publisher- publish books.

Miner- make various stone products. Receive the Wandering Stone. With it you can use a teleport (but only on the mainland).

Tailor— craft light armor.

Tanner— craft medium armor.

Gunsmith- craft almost any type of weapon

Carpenter(woodworker) - create wood products.

Dealer- create packs. Earn Delphic Stars by selling collected goods in another region.

You can automatically upgrade several professions by performing certain actions:

  • Do construction.
  • Work with wood.
  • Practice mining.
  • Steal.

We examined nineteen types of crafts. We wish you to successfully master peaceful professions.

Archeage is a unique MMORPG that allows players to choose from 120 different classes, opening up almost limitless possibilities. However, for many, such a large choice is no longer a joy, but a problem, since it is quite difficult to choose a class that would be the most powerful.

Which class is stronger?

It’s worth saying right away that it is impossible to determine which class is the strongest in Archage. Each individual has certain advantages and disadvantages, some are more universal, some are not so much, however, even if you determine some of the strongest classes, it is quite possible to find some other one that will specifically destroy it. Thus, we can single out only a few classes that today are considered the most powerful, universal and most often used by players, that is, in other words, they are mainstream.

Different classes are strong in their own ways, and if one performs well in the 1x1 arena, then in 5x5 or in more massive skirmishes it can be practically useless.

Gladiator (Offense, Defense, Resistance)

The gladiator, without a doubt, is currently considered the most versatile class that can withstand any opponent in the arena, and at the same time is useful in any skirmishes.

The main advantage of the Gladiator is his survivability, and at the same time the ability to inflict very high damage. His strength is especially evident after the introduction of patch 1.8, which significantly increased both the strength and damage from this character, making him almost unbalanced.

Thanks to the combination of the Defense and Resistance branches, the Gladiator is highly resistant to absolutely any type of damage, and together with Offense they provide almost complete anti-control. At the same time, almost all players of this class take a spear in their main hand, due to which, having the ability to completely penetrate the armor of their opponent, they cause simply enormous damage to the enemy, not to mention the fact that they can hit with Suppression under Adrenaline, Victory Cry under Iron Will and many other abilities that, even regardless of the weapon, cause considerable damage. The introduction of new engravings allows the Gladiator to also restore almost all of his health with the Cry of Life ability, which is also enhanced by Iron Will.

Rogue (Assault, Stealth, Resistance)

The Rogue is the most mobile class in Archeage, which also has incredibly strong damage. The Rogue's main advantage is that he can appear out of nowhere, kill his opponent in a few seconds, and disappear into nowhere. Thus, its use is also justified in various skirmishes, but it shows itself best in battles in 1x1 or 5x5 arenas.

The Rogue's mobility is manifested in the fact that in all branches he has abilities that allow him to move faster, as a result of which he practically does not need to run himself: Hammer of Wrath, Teleportation, Rebound, Mirror Image, Death Whirlwind, Dash, Ominous Shadow - all this is impossible you can't run away, you can't keep up, and that's not to mention Agility, which greatly increases your movement speed.

His colossal damage is accelerated by abilities from Attack and Stealth. In addition to auxiliary skills that deal damage, such as the Hammer of Wrath, which deals a lot of damage, or the Whirlwind of Death, which cannot be dodged or blocked, he has two main ones - Decisive Strike and Massacre, which in combination destroy almost everything. The only thing that is important for a robber is microcontrol, that is, how quickly its owner can press the right keys at the right moment. At the same time, it is equally important to move during the attack, because the Rogue must hit in the back, otherwise his attacks will have practically no effect.

Assassin (Assault, Stealth, Hypnosis)

The Assassin is quite similar to the Rogue, as it has the same high damage from the Stealth and Attack abilities, however, it supplements its damage not with mobility, but with control and anti-control.

Unlike the Rogue, who kills his opponents with speed in just a few seconds, the Assassin is more suitable for 1v1 battles, since his casts are designed for a longer time, and for now the abilities from Hypnosis are on cooldown (and their cooldown is quite large ), The Assassin becomes no more useful than any other character with the Attack + Stealth tree.

It is optimal to use an assassin in a 1x1 or 5x5 arena, but in larger skirmishes its use is no longer so relevant.

Pathfinder (Pursuit, Stealth, Resistance)

The Pathfinder is the most mobile archer in existence today. Having a combination of the Stealth and Resistance branches, such a character moves very quickly, which allows him to realize the main advantage of archers in this game - the range, which is 28 meters and is unattainable for any other archetype. In other words, the Pathfinder manages to kill his opponent faster than the one who can reach him, but if he lets the enemy close enough to him, he may no longer survive.

The advantage of the Pathfinder is that he is very fast and also has a long attack range, which combined with the ability to hit on the move makes him an incredibly difficult opponent for most characters. At the same time, using the Superiority of the Spirit from Resistance provides him with an additional increase in damage, since the character throws all abilities much faster and hits with Gambling Shot. Thanks to this, the Pathfinder is relevant in any skirmishes.

But, on the other hand, controlling the Pathfinder is quite complex, so you can quickly determine who knows how to play this class and does it for a long time, and who just took it in order to quickly shoot unwary opponents. It is also worth noting that the Pathfinder is very dependent on the reaction and ping of its owner, because he first needs to carefully control the situation on the battlefield and escape from attack at the right moment.

Zealot (Sorcery, Hypnosis, Stealth)

The Zealot is the class with the most active abilities, combos, and control. Huge magical damage, as well as almost any control, allows this class to fight with any opponents and defeat them in most cases, because, despite the fact that most of its abilities have a fairly long casting time, long-term control allows them to be fully realized. On the other hand, due to the duration of some of the most powerful abilities, as well as the almost complete uselessness of the Hypnosis branch, in mass skirmishes the Fanatic becomes not very relevant in such battles.

Oddly enough, the Fanatic is given almost all control by Hypnosis, as well as various combinations that are associated with it. It would seem, why can’t other classes with Hypnosis use such varied control to achieve victory? The thing is that only a character with the Magic branch can implement it, since abilities such as Meteor or Icy Tread are quite difficult or even impossible to use while the enemy is not under control. At the same time, characters with Attack, Pursuit or Mysticism do not have such problems, since their abilities are incast and can be thrown even on the move.

Thanks to Stealth, the Zealot becomes more mobile, deals more damage and controls his opponent more effectively. Mash+Purify (silence), Rebound+Fireballs (incast Fireballs) and much more - all this makes the Zealot an even more serious opponent against any class. And taking into account the fact that immunity to fear was removed in the game, he became absolutely universal in 1x1 battles, but even in 5x5 he almost completely loses all his advantages, giving way to other magic classes like the Chronicler, Elementalist or Sorcerer.

Guardian (Sorcery, Stealth, Defense)

The Guardian is a mobile class, characterized by fairly high damage and good survivability. Serious damage to this character is provided by a combination of all branches, since Magic itself has good damage, and in combination with Stealth, which makes it possible to keep the enemy at a distance, kite his important limits and cast Fireballs, it becomes even more effective. Defense is a completely independent branch that provides control, survival and damage to the opponent.

Such a large number of incast abilities, which are effective at long, medium, and short distances, allows the Guardian to adapt to any opponents, as well as to any situation. On the other hand, you never know what to expect from the Guardian, since he can switch from kite to melee and control at any moment.

For several months, the Keeper has held the lead in the cross-server arena rankings on Russian servers.

Telepath (Sorcery, Hypnosis, Defense)

The telepath has become quite widespread lately, as it is one of the simplest, yet effective classes in the arena. Due to this, controlling such a character practically does not require any outstanding abilities or supernatural talent, but at the same time he is quite effective against any classes.

The advantage of the Telepath is that he can simply stand in the middle of the arena and not move at all. The range is enough to reach clumsy archers and other magicians, Defense + Hypnosis allows you to resist melee characters. At the same time, the class is distinguished by a fairly large amount of control and anti-control, which makes it quite effective against everyone.

The only disadvantage of this class is mobility, which is non-existent at all. Of course, this is compensated by the range of his attack, but if some seasoned archer comes out against you, it will be almost impossible to win against him.

There are many crafting categories and crafting skills in ArcheAge. Each crafting and gathering skill is developed separately. To craft certain things or components, you need to use appropriate devices, such as a machine, oven or mannequin. These devices can be located in castles, cities, villages or in private construction areas. You can buy some recipes, as well as consumables and components from NPCs in the corresponding stores.

There are a total of 21 professions in the game, which are very closely intertwined.

All professions can be upgraded to the maximum - level 50, but since there are a lot of professions, the game developers have introduced a restriction on their upgrade:

2 professions up to level 50,

or 3 professions up to level 40,

or 4 professions up to level 30.

Other professions can only be upgraded to level 10. A profession that has been upgraded but not needed can be reset to level 0 and start upgrading another one.

With a professional level, less work points are spent. 10% less work points are required when leveling up every 10k. Max. 50%. Most recipes cannot be used with a low level of profession level.

1. 10 thousand points – student rank

2. 20 thousand points - journeyman rank

3. 30 thousand points – master rank

4. 40 thousand points – Grandmaster rank

5. 50 thousand points – secret master rank.

Until you reach the rank of student, you have the opportunity to gain skill points in absolutely all professions. However, immediately after you have scored ten thousand points in a skill and become a student, an arrow pointing up will appear next to it in the interface. By clicking on this arrow, you thereby confirm that you want to continue to improve your skills in this area. If you do not want to raise the level higher, then simply do not confirm and the craft will not progress further, no matter how much you collect/craft/build.

Also, the level of pumping up the collection (if you mean a farm) depends on the critical resources. Depending on how well your crafting of weapons or armor is, when creating them, the chance of getting a colored improved item increases. Moreover, the higher the color level of an item, the less chance of getting it.

The most common and optimal combinations of professions:

All professions are divided into Mining, Processing and Creation.

There are no requirements for planting plants or installing animals, no experience points are spent and no profession grows. When collecting/milking/haircutting, work points are spent, you get exp and 3 profs grow (nobody needs).

Even with 0 points in any of these profs you can plant everything and collect/milk/cut/slaughter everything.

Mining professions include: Fishing, Tree Chopping, Plant Gathering, Farming, Animal Husbandry, Ore Gathering.

Processors include: Woodworking, Leatherworking, Stoneworking, Trader.

Creating professions include: Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Construction, Sewing, Handicraft (Jeweler), Cooking, Mechanics, Casting, Printing, Composer.

Ore collection

Mining various ores.

By mining ore and smelting it in furnaces, you can create weapons and metal armor. And stones are needed to build fortress walls. It is worth noting that mining ore is a tedious task, but no one said it would be easy.

Mining for metals and minerals should be in every game. Different metals can be found in different deposits. The deposits themselves are scattered all over the world, so we just have to find the one we need and dig. True, this is not all; to create a sword, you will still need to smelt the metal and forge the blade, and for this you will have to find a blacksmith.
