In a large saucepan or fairly deep bowl, mix 2 eggs, a glass of kefir, a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of dry yeast.

Beat the mixture a little. There is no need to make the eggs turn into foam; it will be enough for the yolks and whites to mix a little.

Gradually add flour and a tablespoon of salt to the liquid. After each small portion, mix thoroughly. You can even use a special mixer attachment for this. In total you will need 3.5 cups of flour.

In total, you need to spend at least ten minutes to knead the pizza dough. Then it will probably turn out fluffy and tasty after baking. Now it needs to be left to rise in a warm place. If a saucepan was used as a dish, simply close the lid. If it was a bowl, its top should be covered with cling film. (if you have a bread machine, the process is simplified to just pour, measure, turn on).

Second stage of pizza preparation

While the homemade dough is rising (or the store-bought one is defrosting), let’s prepare the filling.
Grate the cheese. We use the smallest section for this. And put it in the refrigerator for now.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. It is desirable that they be very thin. This will allow them to bake well.


Fry it in a hot frying pan for a few minutes. White meat cooks very quickly, but this is not required now. The main thing is that a beautiful “fry” appears, and the meat can be removed from the heat.
