Wear something new, live with dignity, die as a martyr hadith. Words of remembrance of Allah when dressing

Crusader fortresses had very small garrisons - after all, the crusaders were always outnumbered and constantly under siege - and to compensate for this lack, the fortifications of their castles had to be much more complex and multi-stage.

From this passage, the essence of the concept of fortress is clearly visible. As for a person who is on the path of intellectual and spiritual enlightenment, he is constantly in the minority and has to defend himself in the face of numerous dangers. When he is poor, he has to fight for food, when he is rich - with laziness, when he is weak - to endure humiliation, when he is strong - to resist the temptation to oppress others. And a million other temptations ...

It is useless for a slave who personally handed himself over to the Devil, passion and the dark half of his soul, to call on someone for help ...

As the saying goes: “Fight the enemy, use these troops as you wish, fight, hold the defense in one of these fortresses! Stay to death! Indeed, the end is near! The defense time is very short! "

Then the Great King will send his messengers to you. They will take you to His mansion. And now you are resting from this war, you are far from the enemy; you enjoy in the abode of Bounty as you please.

The enemy is imprisoned in the strictest prison, you see him where he wanted to put you. He was thrown there, all the passages are closed and he is doomed to stay there forever ... And you enjoy yourself for your patience, for a short period, for holding the defense for an hour that flew so quickly, but there seemed to be no trials. Unfortunately, the soul is too limited to notice the brevity of this time, its transience.

Ponder the words of the Almighty: “On the day when they see what is promised, as if they stayed only one o'clock in the afternoon” (surah “Sands”, 35 ayah).

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“… I also order you to remember Allah! The one who remembers is like a person who was pursued by enemies, and he hid from them in an impregnable castle, thus protecting himself from them. A slave is able to protect himself from the devil only by remembering Allah Almighty. "

What's inside an "extremist" book?

The controversial "Fortress of a Muslim from the words of remembrance of Allah found in the Qur'an and Sunnah" is about the size of an average pocket notebook, and about the same price. It contains the prayers of the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.), grouped according to the themes of various life situations and taken from the Most Pure Sunnah (after each phrase there are links to collections of hadiths). Its table of contents is something like this:

"The words of the remembrance of Allah when awakening from sleep, when putting on clothes, when leaving the house, at the sight of the first fruits; ... what should be said to the newlywed on their wedding night, words of prayer at the birth of a child; prayer that protects children from the evil eye, .. ... what to say when the dead are put in the grave. "

This little book, the result of a great deal of work by the author, who revised numerous volumes, shows an inexperienced person in theology how universal the religion of Islam is. Through this book we can look at life through the eyes of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.s. Assess what happened not on the basis of your fleeting impressions: euphoria or depression, but on the basis of the wise perception of the Messenger of Allah (s.a.s.).

If you had a nightmare, I must say "I run to Allah from the accursed Satan" and turn over on the other side, and then not tell anyone the contents of the dream. So he won't hurt us in any way. And many, because of ignorance, tell all sorts of bad dreams, which then infect others with negativity. And they can really bring evil in the end.

If you've been praised, you must say:

O Allah, do not exact from me what they say, and forgive me for what they do not know, and make me better than they think!

The one who utters this prayer reminds himself of his own shortcomings that others may not know, thereby protecting himself from the temptation to fall into arrogance. But at the same time, prayer does not humiliate a person, but on the contrary calls for self-improvement.

There are also some "political" moments. For example, in prayer for the lender when returning a debt:

May Allah bless your family and your wealth! Truly, the reward for a loan is praise and repayment!

These words also remind you that there can be no interest on the loan. After all, Allah has forbidden usury.

The most amazing thing is that prayers are universal in time. When boarding a vehicle, it is advisable for a person to recite these verses from the Koran:

"Glory to the One who subdued this to us, because we cannot do this! Truly, we are returning to our Lord!" (Decorations: 13-14). Human muscles are very weak for long journeys, but Allah subordinated us first to animals, and then to the energy of an internal combustion engine, etc. How clearly the words of the ayah are chosen, so that they contain the whole essence of the phenomenon, without referring to specifics.

Comprehensiveness is one of the hallmarks of Islam's success. After all, the breadth of the assortment is the basis of business success. If some competitor has created a wider assortment than yours, this is an inevitable loss. If a person does not find something in religion, he turns to other sources. And over time, it ceases to turn to religion altogether, because its "assortment" is sparse, and there are many competitors around, who are eager to be sources of ideas and inspiration. As for Islam, it overlaps all other ideologies with its "assortment".

Indeed, those who read the Scriptures of Allah, perform namaz and spend from what We have endowed them, secretly and openly, hope for a deal that will not be unsuccessful. (Quran 35:29).

The Remembrance of Allah from the Koran and Sunnah, tied to all life situations - this is our fortress, which moves everywhere with us, reminding us what is what in this life, so that we are not distracted and do not get lost.

Expertise on the subject of extremeism

Representatives of "traditional" Islam have long classified this book as "Wahhabist". Why? - not exactly clear. But I have some guesses.

Among the Dagestani representatives of "traditional" Islam (among the "supists"), I noticed such a habit of shouting loudly on all occasions: "FAaaaaatiha". And then all who heard this - raise their palms to him and read the surah of the Koran "Al-Fatiha". A bunch of "supists" enter the mosque, one of them says "faaaaatiha" and raises his hands and others as well. They pass by the cemetery - history repeats itself. They go into someone's house to read a prayer - history repeats itself. Muazzin finishes the call to prayer - and history repeats ...

Well, I thought that maybe the radicalism of the "Fortress of a Muslim" for them lies in the table of contents itself: "prayer at the entrance to the mosque, at the visit to the cemetery, at the entrance to the house, at the end of the adhan, ...". The "supists" probably have their brains cracking because there are many prayers, depending on the situation: "What a false slander against our ustaz !!! in all these cases one must say" faaaaatiha "and read alhamd".

One brother also put forward the following suggestion: "Maybe this book is often found among the killed Mujahideen, and because of this they think that it is extremist."

And journalists recently once again struck with their love for "sensations". This time the title looked like this: "A truck full of extremist literature for future martyrs was found in the west of Moscow".

In fact, it was an ordinary truck heading for one of the regions of Russia, and in its back were, among other things, boxes of books. (Yes, Muscovites, people from the provinces also sometimes read books, and therefore they have to be brought, including by trucks from Moscow!)

Among the many books there was "The Fortress of a Muslim", which "calls to become a martyr." This is what the episode looks like in the book:

Words of supplication for the one who put on new clothes:

"Ilbis jadidan wa" ish hamidan wa mut shahidan. "

اِلبَـس جَديـداً وَعِـشْ حَمـيداً وَمُـتْ شهيداً

Translation: Wear something new, live worthily and die a martyr's death for the faith.

I think that comments on this prayer are superfluous. No one wants to wear rags, live unworthy and die like a dog. And sincerely believing people, of course, dream of dying for their faith in the most dignified way ...

Conclusion

Praise be to Allah, as far as I know, the detained books were returned to the owners after examination. And the Dagestani "supists" are becoming more and more enlightened, they are beginning to grow beards, and they wear headscarves on their wives, you see, and "The Fortress of a Muslim" will begin to read. Not right away, of course, we all understand that this takes time ... May Allah help.
By the way, there is a whole site where all the prayers from the "Fortress" are collected with audio accompaniment.

I start with the name of Allah. All praise belongs to Allah, may blessings and salutations be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and companions! May Allah direct us all to what He loves and what He will be pleased with!

Our Messenger of Allah Muhammad Mustafa (peace and blessings be upon him) was beautiful, and all his actions were beautiful. His dress ethic was wonderful.

The Messenger's favorite color (peace and blessings be upon him) was white and also green. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wore clothes with elements of red and green, and he also wore black clothes. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wore a turban, hat, skullcap, and he also wore a long shirt.

The most beloved clothing of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was a long shirt, he also wore "al-Hlunnatu", which is two pieces of fabric: the lower part and the upper one. Companions said: "We have not seen the owner of black curls with a red cape more beautiful than the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also wore "jubba" - an outer garment with wide sleeves; clothes with a hood - covered his head with it. This is how the Prophet dressed (peace and blessings be upon him).

The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) observed the ethics of dressing. He began to dress, remembering Allah, from the right side, and putting on trousers, he started from the right leg. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), putting on his clothes, recited this dua:

الحمد الله الذي كساني هذا ورزقنيه من غير حول مني ولا قوة

« Praise be to Allah, who dressed me in these clothes and gave them to me, while I myself have neither power nor strength ».

And when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) put on new clothes, he asked Allah for her good and protection from her evil.

When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw the one who put on new clothes, he told him: “Wear new, live worthily and die as a martyr”. This is what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did, following the command of Allah, because a person dresses in order to cover his awrat, dresses for beauty, as the Creator commanded us. Allah Almighty said (meaning): “ O sons of Adam! Put on your adornments (what is covered by the awrat) at every mosque (when performing namaz and circumambulating the Kaaba) "(Surah al-Araf, ayat 31).

Wear nice, pretty clothes without pride or show. Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man in badly worn clothes and asked him: "Do you have prosperity?" “Yes,” he replied. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “ Since Allah has given you riches, let me see the fruits of His mercy and bounty on you. "(An-Nasai).

And proclaim the mercy of your Lord, Allah loves to see the fruits of His mercy from a slave.

The Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was that when putting on new clothes, he would give the old clothes to people in need. He did not act the way people do today: they pile up a lot of clothes at home. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) owned only a small amount of clothing, and sometimes he borrowed clothing from some of the Companions and went out in it.

His ethic in relation to clothing lies in the fact that he put on what he found, did not bother himself with thoughts about clothing. Some people today are excessive in this, it is not the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was moderate in dress and did not like pride. He forbade wearing clothes just to become famous: If someone puts on clothes to gain popularity in worldly life, Allah will humiliate him on the Day of Judgment. "(Ibn Madjah).

Do not wear clothes for pride, do not be like, women, men, and men - women, neither in flowers, nor in the form of clothing. Men need to keep clear of what is feminine, and women need to keep clear of what is masculine.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade men to wear silk: whoever wears it in mundane life, Allah will forbid him to wear it in ahirat.

The ethics of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) includes the shortening of clothing: he shortened clothing, showing humility and adab. The woman lengthens the clothes, and the man shortens - this is the sunna of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade clothing with images. A person should, before putting on clothes that have images and inscriptions, think about what is written there or what is drawn, so as not to contradict the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) liked different colors, and he did not like some colors. I didn't like the completely red and yellow vestments on men. You need to pay attention to these things that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not like.

Scientists today are proving that colors affect a person's character and mood. What's the best part? It is to love what the Prophet loved (peace and blessings be upon him).

Allah said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (meaning): “ Clean your clothes! "(Surah" al-Mudassir ", ayat 4). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) loved clean clothes, and every believer who follows the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) loves clean clothes.

We hope that the one who fulfills the ethics of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding clothing, Allah will magnify with the inner garment, which the Creator indicated in the Qur'an (meaning): “ However, fear of God is the best dress "(Surah al-Araf, ayat 26).

We hope that by fulfilling the outer ethics of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with regard to clothing, we will merit that Allah will exalt us with both inner ethics, as well as the reward and secret of the Creator's words: “ Say (O Muhammad): "If you love Allah, then follow me, and then Allah will love you" "(Surah" Alu Imran ", ayat 31). Let us follow the meaning of this verse in all matters of life, insha'allah.

ألْبانُ البَقَرِ شِفاءٌ وسَمْنُها دَوَاءٌ ولُحُومُها دَاءٌ

(طب) عن مليكة بنت عمرو .

12 33 —

"Cow's milk is a cure, its fat is a medicine, and their meat is a disease!" This hadith was narrated by al-Tabarani in Mu'jam al-Kabir from the words of Muleyki bint ‘Amr.

1233, "Silsilya al-sahiha" 1533.

_____________________________________________________________________

This hadith says that there is disease in beef. However, the Qur'an, Sunnah and the unanimous opinion of scientists indicate the permissibility of eating beef!
Allah Almighty said: “Eat from what Allah has endowed you with, and do not follow in the footsteps of the Shaitan, because he is a clear enemy for you. Eight paired individuals: two of the sheep and two of the goats ... Two of the camels and two of the cows "(al-An'am 6: 142-144).
‘Aisha said:" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) performed the Udhya (holiday Sacrifice) for his wives as a cow. " al-Bukhari 294, Muslim 1211.
It is reported from the words of Jabir that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "A cow is sacrificed for seven, and a camel for seven." Abu Daud 2808, al-Nasai 4121. Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic.
It is also reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “You should eat cow's milk and its fat, as there is healing in this. And avoid her meat, for there is disease in it. " This hadith was narrated by Ibn al-Ja'd in al-Musnad 1/393, at-Tabarani in Mu'jam al-Kabir 25/42, Abu Dawood in al-Marasil 316 from the words of Muleiki bint 'Amr ...
However, there is disagreement among the imams as to the veracity of this hadith because of Muleika, since there is disagreement as to whether she is the companion who found the prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him or not)? Imam Abu Dawood and many others believed that she was not a companion and did not find the prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). For this reason, he quoted her hadith in his collection of interrupted hadiths, al-Marasil. Also, Hafiz Ibn Hajar, mentioning her and disagreements regarding her, whether she was an associate or from among the Tabi'in, did not give preference to any of the opinions. "Takrib at-tahzib" 753, "al-Isaba" 8/122.
For this reason, this hadith was called weak by such imams as hafiz al-Sahavi, imam al-‘Ajluni and al-Munawi. See al-Ajwiba al-murdiyya 1/21, Faydul Qadir 2/196, Kashf al-hafa 2/182.
But Sheikh al-Albani considered this hadith good, and strengthened it with a similar hadith from Ibn Mas'ud. See "al-Silsilah al-sahiha" 1533.
As for the version of this hadith, which is transmitted from Ibn Mas'ud, it is quoted by al-Hakim 4/448, as well as Abu Nu'aim and Ibn al-Sunni in their at-Tybb collections on medicine.
In the isnad of this hadith there is a transmitter named Sayf ibn Miskin, about whom Imam Ibn Hibban said: "He transmits confused and false things, therefore it is not allowed to rely on him, since it is contrary to what reliable transmitters transmit." See al-Majruhin 1/347.
Also in the isnad of this hadith, the transmitter ‘Abdu-r-Rahman ibn‘ Utba al-Mas’udi, about whom it was said that he became confused and mistaken. See Tahzib at-Takhzib 6/211.
For this reason, a group of scholars believed that this hadith cannot serve as a reinforcement of the said hadith from Muleiki.
Imam al-Zarkashi said: “This hadith is interrupted, and there are doubts about its reliability, since it is reliably reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made a Sacrifice for his wives with a cow. And he would not approach Allah with the help of what is sickness! " See at-Tazkira fil-ahadis al-mushtahira 148.
And hafiz al-Sahavi called him weak in al-Ajviba al-murdiyya 1/23.
And Hafiz Ibn Hajar said about the hadiths on this topic: "They are transmitted through weak isnads." See “Asilah wa ajviba” 61.
But Sheikh al-Albani strengthened this hadith with another version, which is transmitted from the words of Suhayb al-Rumi, quoted by Ibn al-Sunni and Abu Nu'aim. See Saheeh al-jami 'as-saghir 4061.
And regarding the version of Suhayb, Sheikh Ibn al-Qayyim said that this isnad is unreliable. See Zadul-ma'ad 4/325.
However, some scholars still warned against eating often beef, especially for those living in cold countries, as Imam al-Halimi said. Sheikh Ibn al-Qayyim also spoke about the fact that beef is not entirely healthy and is hard to digest in “Zadul-ma'ad” 4/374.
Sheikh al-Albani was asked: “How to combine the hadith:“ You should eat cow's milk and its fat, as there is healing in this. And avoid her meat, for in this there is a disease "with the fact that it is permissible to sacrifice a cow, and the Sharia does not approve of the performance of the Sacrifice with the help of a harmful one?
The Shaykh replied: “Yes, it is reliably narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made a cow Sacrifice for his wives during his farewell pilgrimage. And it is also reliably narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) encouraged cow's milk and forbade its meat. However, scientists united this by the fact that the meaning of the prohibition is not to eat beef often, and if there is it sometimes, then there is no harm in it. And there is no doubt that beef is allowed, and the meaning of the prohibition is not to eat it often and not to give preference to beef over ram, goat and camel. This is the answer of scientists. " Sl. "Silsilyatul-huda va-n-nur" No. 389.
But this is the answer of those scholars who considered the aforementioned hadith reliable and combined this hadith with the provision that beef is allowed without any doubt.
In the end, it should be said that the version of this hadith, which is undeniable and reliable, sounds like this:
It is reported from Ibn Mas'ud that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "You should eat cow's milk, for she feeds on every plant, and in her milk there is healing from all diseases!" al-Hakim 4/446. See Saheeh al-jami 'as-saghir 4059.
And in this hadith there is no addition about the dangers of beef. Allah knows about all this better than anyone!

أكْمَلُ المُؤْمِنينَ إيماناً أحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقاً وَخِيارُكُمْ خِيارُكمْ لِنِسائِهِمْ

(ت حب) عن أبي هريرة .

12 32 — It is narrated from the words of Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

"The most perfect faith belongs to those of the faithful who are distinguished by the best disposition, and the best of you are those who treat their wives best of all."This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 2/250, Abu Dawud 4682, Ibn Hibban 4176 and at-Tirmidhi 1162, who said: "Good authentic hadith."

Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Sahih al-Jami 'as-saghir 1232, Sahih at-targib wa-t-tarhib 1923, as-Silsilya al-sahiha 284

Imam al-Munawi said regarding this hadith: “Ie. it is about someone who shows patience with their women in relation to their temper, their imperfect mind, addresses them with a cheerful face and goodwill. He who does not harm them, shows generosity to them and protects them from falling into the doubtful. For this reason, the Chosen Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was the best of people in relation to his family. Does the hadith talk about the women of a person, as wives and concubines, or are they talking about close relatives, or those who are in it? It would be more correct to take this hadith in general terms. " See Faidul-Qadir 2/317.

12 31 — It is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

"The most perfect faith is possessed by the believer who is distinguished by the best disposition, gentle in dealing (with other people), who love and enjoy the love of other people, and there is no good in the one who does not love others and does not use their love himself."This hadith was narrated by at-Tabarani in Mu'jam al-Awsat 4422 from the words of Abu Sa'id.

Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith good. See Sahih al-Jami 'as-saghir 1231, Silsilya al-sahiha 751.

أكْمَلُ المُؤْمِنينَ إيمَاناً أحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقاً

(حم د حب ك) عن أبي هريرة .

1230 — It is narrated from the words of Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

"The most perfect faith is possessed by the believer who is distinguished by the best disposition." This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 2/250, 472, Ibn Abu Sheiba in al-Musannaf 8/515, Abu Dawud 4682, at-Tirmidhi 1172, Ibn Hibban 1311, al-Hakim 1/3, Abu Nu'aim in Khilyatul -auliyah "9/248, al-Khatib al-Baghdadi in his" Tarikh "7/13.

Al-Hakim called the hadith authentic and al-Dhahabi agreed with him.

Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Sahih al-Jami 'as-saghir 1230, Silsilah al-sahiha 284.

اكْلَفُوا مِنَ العَمَلِ ما تُطِيقونَ فإنّ خَيْرَ العَمَلِ أدْوَمُهُ وإنْ قَلَّ

(ه) عن أبي هريرة .

12 29 — It is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

"Do as much as you can, for truly, the best (religious) deeds are those that (the person) doing them, does all the time, even if they are few."This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 2/350 and Ibn Majah 4240 from the words of Abu Huraira.

Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Saheeh al-jami 'as-saghir 1229, Saheeh Abi Daud 1238.

12 28 — It is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Do as much as you can, for truly, Allah will not get tired until you yourself get tired. And verily, most of all, Allah Almighty loves such (religious) deeds that (a person) who does them, does constantly, even if there are few of them. " This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 6/40, 61, 176, 241, Abu Dawud 1368 and al-Nasai 2/68 from the words of 'Aisha

1227 (صحيح)

أكْلُ كلِّ ذِي نابٍ مِنَ السِّباعِ حَرَامٌ

(ه) عن أبي هريرة .

12 27 — It is narrated from the words of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

"It is forbidden / haram / to eat (meat) any wild animal with fangs!" This hadith was narrated by Ahmad 1/244, 289, 302, 373, Muslim 1933, ad-Darimi 2/85, Ibn Majah 3233, Ibn al-Jarud 892, al-Bayhaqi 9/315.

Sheikh al-Albani called the hadith authentic. See Sahih al-Jami 'as-saghir 1227, Irvaul-galil 2488.

A person can worship Allah on the Night of Power and not see the signs from above, or he can not worship and see the signs. But the one who worshiped is better than the second: after all, the essence lies in following the straight path, and not in seeing unusual phenomena, which can be both God's grace and temptation.

From tradition 2 it is known that the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi to the vassals) went to Ramadan to the believers to inform about the date of the Night of Power, but he heard two Muslims quarreling with each other about this, and said that Allah at that moment deprived him of knowing this date ...

This is better for believers, for the grace of the Most High is unlimited and does not depend on the date. And it will not be received by the one who knows the exact date of the Night of Power, but by the one whom this night will find in sincere worship and piety.

Conversation about Assassins at the end of Ramadan

In the Great Mosque of the city of Moscow, on one of the last days of Ramadan, after the taraweeh prayer, young guys gathered in a corner in a circle to, as usual, talk and argue about faith and life. A middle-aged man, a sheikh, a respected teacher of the Islamic College, with a light gray beard and a skullcap, sat down with the boys.

- Ustaz3, can I ask a question? - asked a young man, a Chechen named Umar. - We wanted to know the opinion of the alim4 about the assassins. Before your arrival, we were arguing among ourselves and did not come to a common opinion, who are they? - Some say that they are the warriors of Allah, Islamic knights, while others say that they are drug addicts on death row5.

One of those present, named Zelimkhan, a young Chechen in a traditional hat with a tassel, also raised his hand:

- Teacher, can you ask me a question too? My neighbor, Uncle Aslan, told us when we were still children that in Afghanistan, where he had to fight, he saw a miracle how one soldier led a whole company out of the encirclement and saved his comrades from unnamed death. I first saw you in 1995 in the city of Argun, and my neighbor, Uncle Aslan, was with you. You met him, hugged him like brothers, talked for a long time, laughed, joked and for a long time could not part. And then they argued irreconcilably about something, but kindly, without malice. When you left, Uncle Aslan told us that you are the very soldier who performed the “soldier's miracle”. And he said that you are a real warrior, from whom they both then and now take an example, and Uncle Aslan in our homeland in Chechnya was a very respected person! When he spoke, neither Dudayev nor Maskhadov dared to interrupt him, let alone Basayev and Khattab. Uncle Aslan died in 1998 and became a martyr. Teacher, please tell us about the "soldier's miracle"!

But then Umar intervened:

- We have already begun to discuss the question of the assassins, I would like to finish it first.

- I would like to listen to your opinions first, and then express my own, - said the teacher, sitting down more comfortably - and then, insha'Allah (if Allah wishes), we will also talk about what happened in Afghanistan. Get started.

- Can I start? - volunteered a young man named Ismail. - Assassins is a name that Europeans have invented to discredit Muslims. They argue that the Assassins are a large community of Shia Muslims, more precisely: the Nizari Ismailis. The crusaders and the Venetian traveler Marco Polo brought tales of the assassins to Europe in the 12th century and frightened them all: even the "Templar" knights began to be afraid of them.

The Assassins announced a sentence to anyone who thought differently, interfering with their plans, intimidated him, and more often just killed. An open judgment and an insidious stroke of the blade are the letters of the Assassins. Since ancient times, their name has caused fear, because it meant a quick, inevitable death from around the corner. The mere mention of the "elder of the mountains" terrified all secular rulers: the sentence was carried out by a suicide bomber, who did not even try to save his life, and therefore it was extremely difficult to protect oneself from him.

- Yes, it's impossible! There was no way to escape the assassins' blow, ”the young man named Ahmad, a college student, continued with fervor,“ the assassination attempt was carefully prepared. The killers infiltrated the retinue of the future victim, won her trust and waited for months. The disciples' complete devotion to the "elder of the mountains" and their readiness to go to the most remote area, so that they would not hesitate to give their lives, helped the assassins to destroy any enemy.

All the rulers of Europe and the East ingratiated themselves with the Assassins and expressed their favor to them, so as not to become their victim. Thus, the king of France sent his ambassador to the Amir of the Assassins, Hasan, so that he announced the friendship of the king with the "elder of the mountains." Hasan invited the ambassador to take a walk around the castle, and during the walk, the ambassador was full of courtesies and assured how everyone loves Hasan and considers him a friend.

After listening to his flattering speeches, Hassan went to the balcony, from which a magnificent view of the mountains opened up and all the towers of the castle were visible. Silently, he made a gesture to the guard on the tower, and in a second he jumped and flew into the abyss without a sound. Hasan turned in the other direction and waved his hand, and already another warrior from the opposite tower jumped silently into the abyss - as if chasing an invisible enemy. A moment later, Hasan made a gesture to the warrior on the other tower, and he jumped even more violently into the abyss, followed by another.

Then, turning to the ambassador, Hasan asked: are there many such confidants and warriors in your king? The ambassador was silent, he was shocked by what he saw. “I have several tens of thousands of such fidais, and your king will not have as many as a man has fingers. Then I have a question - who is he? And why should I be friends with him? "

- Those were the warriors !!! - exclaimed one of the students named Guzman.

- Warriors? - Umar asked bitterly. - These are jackals who kill from around the corner. You, Guzman, admire, because you live in Tatarstan, and you have not had a war. I'll tell you who the real warriors are, then maybe if you want. Teacher! - Umar addressed. - There is another opinion, can I express it?

- Speak.

- The Hassan sect, and this is precisely the sect, seemed powerful, because he achieved obedience in two ways. The first method was based on the fact that its followers did not understand anything other than Islam, but did not even know the elementary norms of Sharia, which all Muslims must observe. In short, there were not Muslims, but Jahili6. Uneducated poor people, who did not have a proven ustaz teacher, could not themselves understand the theological interpretations of faith, they saw only practical life before their eyes, and many were bribed by the active charitable activities of the Ismailis.

Hasan ibn Sabbah offered people who understand the primary foundations of Islam to people very original interpretations of the texts of the Koran, confusing their minds and stirring up their curiosity with bold and far-reaching conclusions, seducing them with false heroic pathos and romance. It was difficult to object to him with this method of preaching: he did not follow the rules of proof, but emotionally turned any truth inside out and reinterpreted it, uttering any lie in a confident voice - just to amaze the interlocutor and convince that it could not be otherwise! Khasan was just a fanatic and did not value life - neither his own nor someone else's. For those who entered his path there was no return, except in death.

The Assassins did not obey either secular authorities or Sharia law, and in any country where they appeared, they themselves tried to be taken into custody and destroyed. But, in spite of everything, they stubbornly pursued their goal: they carefully concealed their faith in order to live unrecognized among Muslims, until they received the order of the "elder of the mountains", according to which they were ready to jump into any abyss, taking the life of the condemned by them.

They are shaitans. In my homeland, in Chechnya, there are such people too, they do not respect the laws of Allah or the laws of our ancestors, and, most importantly, they do not respect their elders. With us, if a person does not respect his elders, it is better not to communicate with him!

And the second way. In order for the assassins to obey unquestioningly and were ready to die by order at any second, the future "knights of the dagger" were simply stuffed with drugs, hashish, and put into a trance, in which they hypnotized, in fact - zombified. They were taken to a wonderful garden: the best fruits grew there, water, honey and wine flowed in the springs. Beautiful maidens and noble youths sang, danced and played musical instruments. Everything that future killers could wish came true in an instant.

A few days later, during a narcotic sleep, they were carried away from this garden. When they awoke, they were told that they had been to Paradise and could return there immediately if they killed the enemy of faith. This is how these “fedai” appeared 7.

However, our brother from Kazan Rustam studied these "shaitans" better and, if you don't mind, teacher, he will tell the chronology of the sect's development, - finished Umar.

- Of course you don't mind, go on, Rustam ...

- With pleasure, my brothers and respected ustaz.

A bit of history, ”he began. - As you all probably know, in the middle of the 7th century, “Shiites” appeared among Muslims - this is how the supporters of the fourth righteous Caliph Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), cousin and son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad (ssallalahu alayhi vassals) began to be called. After the assassination of Caliph Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), all dissatisfied with the government rallied around the Shiites. Now only Arabs from the Umayyad clan became caliphs, a monarchy was established. Their illegal power, the Shiites believed, was the main cause of turmoil in the country. However, they were not satisfied with the monarchy itself as a pre-Islamic method of power in tribal societies, but something completely different: they believed that only direct descendants of the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi vassals) should be at the head of this monarchy. The Shiite leaders - the imams - were descendants of Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) in a straight line, and therefore were closest to the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi vassals), and therefore had the right to rule.

In 765, the Shiite movement faced a split. When the sixth imam, who replaced Ali, died, his successor was not the eldest son Ismail, but the youngest, and some rebelled. They believed that the tradition of direct inheritance was violated and remained loyal to Ismail. They were called the Ismailis.

Then, in the 10th century, the Ismailis founded their caliphate, named after Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her), the daughter of the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi vassals). Over time, their power was so strong that in 969 the army of the Fatimid Caliphate, located in Tunisia, captured Egypt and founded the city of Cairo, the new capital. During its heyday, this caliphate covered North Africa, Egypt, Syria, Sicily, Yemen and sacred to Muslims Mecca and Medina.

We are all unanimous here in the opinion that their goal was the same - to destroy Islam at all costs. Even Guzman agrees with this. (Guzman confirmed the words of the narrator in silence.)

Now, as for Hasan ibn Sabbah, according to some sources, he was born around 1050 in the Persian city of Qom. Becoming a supporter of the Ismailis, he knew he was choosing a long, relentless struggle. His meeting with the Ismaili preacher of a very high rank Abdul-Malik ibn Attash had a great influence on his further fate. He made him his deputy for the sermon and said: "You should go to His Majesty the Caliph." Hasan went to the Caliph, but the meeting never took place. Hasan noted in his notes: "But he knew about me and asked about me several times."

Hasan's vigorous activities aroused strong hatred from the Seljuk authorities, and the vizier Nizam al-Mulk personally ordered the capture of Hasan. But some say that Nizam al Mulk, on the contrary, helped Hassan ... and Hassan ibn Sabbah planned to make Persia a stronghold of the Ismaili faith, so that from there its supporters would lead the fight against dissidents: Shiites and Sunnis - that is, with the majority of Muslims.

They were also called "Nizari", this is one of the Ismaili movements, formed in 1094 by the followers of Abu Mansur Nizar, the eldest son of the Fatimid caliph al-Mustansir. His adherents, led by Hasan Ibn Sabbah, proclaimed Nizar the ancestor of the coming "hidden imam" and called for the overthrow of the Sunni Seljuk dynasty.

Hasan chose the Alamut fortress in the Elbrus mountains on the southern coast of the Caspian Sea as a springboard for his future military successes. At the time of the capture, the fortress, located on the top of the mountain, was deprived of water and consisted of only a few destroyed houses. Hasan ordered water to be installed, mill buildings, rice crushing plants, and a garden to be built. By the end of Hasan ibn Sabbah's life, the Ismailis controlled several dozen fortresses in Damgan, Var, Khuzistan and Mazandaran.

Khasan was strict and stern in matters of government, but he and his family lived very simply: all the time Khasan spent at home, busy with fasting, prayer, reading books, developing doctrines and resolving state affairs. On holidays, he inflicted beatings on himself. Over the last 35 years of his life, he never once descended from the Alamut cliff and only twice climbed to the roof of his house. Following the example of their sheikh, the Ismailis led a moderate ascetic lifestyle: music and entertainment were excluded, the use or storage of wine was strictly prohibited ...

- Yes, he is a saint! - exclaimed Guzman. - Teacher, sorry to interrupt, but agree with me, teacher! He has all the signs of a saint: he is a prayer book, an ascetic, he ate modestly, drank only water, pacified his flesh, was not afraid of blows to the body during the holidays - am I not right?

The teacher smiled and replied:

- The horse is also like an ascetic: he lives in a paddock, eats modestly, drinks only water, pacifies the flesh and receives blows from the owner with a whip, but she is nothing more than a horse. There is no saint who wants to be saint.

Rustam continued:

- In principle, that's all, I wanted to add about the "holiness" of Hassan. For breaking his laws, he executed one of his sons, his other son was executed for participating in a conspiracy. Over the years of Hasan's life, 50 names appeared on the "board of honor" of the executed: sultans (viziers), princes, kings (emirs), governors, priests, mayors, scientists, and writers. Even theologians who dared to criticize their teachings became victims: five muftis and five qadis were killed. Yes, truly a saint! - Rustam quipped.

- The head of the Ismaili state bore the title: Sheikh Aljebel ("elder of the mountains"). Hasan ibn Sabbah died in Alamut in 1124 at the age of 90. The third "elder of the mountains" Hassan II abolished many fundamental provisions of the Sharia, including five times daily prayer and observance of fasting, lifted the ban on drinking wine, and allowed music and dancing. His grandson Hassan III restored Sharia norms and recognized the supreme authority of the Sunni Caliph from the Abbasid dynasty. But his successor Muhammad accused his predecessor of apostasy.

In the 12th century, the Mongols appeared in the East. When they invaded Persia, the leaders of the Assassins, unable to withstand the siege of Alamut, surrendered to them. The Mongols cruelly dealt with the last imam of the Assassins and his retinue. In 1256, Hulagu, the grandson of Genghis Khan, defeated them. Their last fortresses in Syria were seized in 1273 by the Mamluk ruler of Egypt, Baybars.

Sultan Baybars, who in 1273 took the last fortress from the Assassins, allowed them, however, to exist as a sect and himself used them as instruments of murder against the Merakian prince Bartholomew and against the English prince Edward, who was fighting in Palestine at that time. Subsequent Egyptian sultans adhered to the same policy. So, the assassins gradually sank to the role of ordinary killers, hired killers who were ready to take the life of anyone for money.

After the death of the last imam, his son remained. He became the heir. The modern Ismaili imam, Aga Khan, is a direct descendant of this baby. But the assassins obedient to him no longer resemble the insidious fanatics and killers who roamed the entire Muslim world a thousand years ago. Now these are peaceful people.

The teacher looked around and noticed that not only students were participating in the conversation, many other Muslims sat in their circle.

- Maybe someone else wants to add something?

“I want to,” volunteered a middle-aged man of about 45, dressed in Pakistani clothes (hoodie, short pants) with a beard, and began to speak, as if in a sermon, posing loudly and clearly. - The Assassins believed that a man would appear who would correct the ugliness of this world and become "the savior of humanity and the restorer of justice." They recognized Hassan ibn Sabah as this savior, and invented a new type of state. All the former states occupied a certain territory. Their possessions consisted of separate castles and fortresses, their possessions were everywhere and nowhere. They are "martyrs" and ...

- Excuse me, what's your name dear? One of the parishioners interrupted him.

- It doesn't matter, I'm from the Hizbut-Tahrir organization, we're talking about ...

- Shame on you? - stopped him a parishioner, who is considered an elder in the mosque. - You came to visit us, do not give your name and want to be listened to, do you have all of these in your organization?

- Mosques are the houses of Allah, which means that they cannot be someone else's on behalf of ...

“These are the“ shaitans ”who brought the fire of war to my homeland,” the elder Zelimkhan from Chechnya supported the parishioner. - We ask you in a good way: prayer is over, you can go, come pray and listen to sermons, but not preach, we have our own imams, whom we know, we know their families, their loved ones, the most important thing is that we have been for many years we know their views and know their way of life, and therefore we trust them. How can we trust a completely unknown person? Even if he speaks in a convincing voice and does not give his name!

“Yes, I forbid this person to spread heresy here,” said one of the young imams of the Great Mosque in a dark gray robe and turban. - Ustaz, - he turned to the sheikh, who was older than the imam, - may I add about the assassins?

- Of course, Hazrat.

- The dogmas and principles of this teaching can only be described, but it is impossible to formulate them, since its main principle was a lie! This sect, like a number of other heretics from Islam, has the principle of "takiyya", that is, the permitted concealment of the truth. If in traditional Islam there are only three common cases when you can hide the truth or tell a lie: forcedly, under the threat of death; in a war to defeat the enemy and for the sake of preserving the family (if we are talking about the disclosure of pre-family sins), then in the sects of this trend, lies are allowed to everyone and always, except for their superiors.

Therefore, every minute of their lives is a lie, you cannot know when they are telling the truth and whether they are speaking at all! Deep down, they deny any laws other than their own. This blind devotion to the leader turns him into the last and highest "prophet", if not even a "companion of Allah"!

I was outraged that for people, more precisely - non-people, who showed their "assassination" in Beslan, Nalchik, Grozny, some use the sacred word "shahid" for us. A martyr is one who wanted to live, wanted to survive, wanted to win, but died, and the one who killed himself is just a suicide. And if he killed someone who did not commit murder, then also the killer at the same time. Allah, praise be to Him, the Almighty, in the Quran equates the killing of one person with the killing of all mankind. Is it possible to call believers and God-fearing people who kill knowingly innocent people: children, old people, imams?

- Ustaz, can I speak? - Umar raised his hand again.

There was silence in the mosque for a moment. Then the imam turned to the teacher.

“However, we are all already performing a lot, the time has come for me and our students and parishioners to listen to our respected ustaz.

DEATHERS

People have forgotten what is given to them from above -

Eyes were darkened by heretical dregs.

After all, we give our souls only to God:

Allah determines the path of life.

Where did these people come from, what do they think

Are you worthy to play with someone else's fate? -

Raise a hand for the gift of Allah,

In a distorting mirror they admire themselves.

After all, the meaning of life is a test of faith,

To live with faith, study, prosper,

To be able to endure, to be able to love without measure,

It is worthy to live, worthy to die.

And the one who considers himself a "master"

Ready for everyone to measure the term of life,

Challenges the Lord of the world

And His judgment will be deservedly cruel!

And the fact that you are in your deification

They referred to the holy names, -

For that in Hell, he will throw logs into the fire

Satan is your real master.

Hasan, Nazim and Omar Khayyam

- Brothers! Recently I had to visit Uzbekistan, in the city of Tashkent. For Friday prayer, I went to Imam Khast Square. It seemed to me that I was in the heart of Muslim Tashkent. On the left is the Barak Khan Madrasah, built in the 16th century by Timur's successor. The buildings are decorated with quotes from the Koran, as well as beautiful blue tiled mosaics. Tillya Sheikh Mosque, built in the same century, is located directly opposite the madrasah.

After Friday prayer, they showed me what I dreamed of seeing as soon as I found out about it: I even dreamed about it several times in my dreams. I found myself in a small room, not far from the library of the mosque, which contains its greatest treasure. in a glass box lies the Qur'an of Osman, spread out like the wings of a butterfly. This is the world's oldest Koran, it is one of the first copies made under the righteous Caliph Osman (may Allah be pleased with him), the son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad (ssallalahu alayhi vassals). The book is almost 1400 years old, its gazelle skin pages have been eaten away by time.

But the history of this manuscript of the Koran also has something to do with our history. As you know, after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (ssallalahu alayhi vassals) in 632, the verses of the Koran were kept either in scattered records or entirely in the memory of the Prophet's companions and several thousand Koranhaphises. It was Osman (may Allah be pleased with him) who then organized the work of compiling individual records into a single book under the guidance of the Koranhaphises, who heard the entire Koran directly from the lips of the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi vassals), when he read the entire sacred text in its entirety on the Night of Power to the angel Jibrail, so that he testified to the correctness.

This text, compiled in a single book and recorded in 646, was later called the "Quran of Uthman" after the name of the righteous caliph (may Allah be pleased with him), although, of course, each of us knows that the Quran does not belong to any of the people, not even the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi vassals) is the eternal and true word of the Lord of the worlds. It's about recording.

The first half of the twenty-year rule of Osman (may Allah be pleased with him) was marked by peace and the rapid growth of the ummah. The world of Islam stretched from Morocco in the west to Afghanistan in the east, and in the north, the call to prayer was heard in Armenia and Azerbaijan. But in the second half of his reign there were many rebellions. Not wanting to shed the blood of Muslims, Osman (may Allah be pleased with him) did not suppress the unrest, although he had such an opportunity.

On June 17, 656, rebels broke into his home in Medina and killed the Caliph, who was then 82 years old. At that moment he read the sura: “If they believe in what you believe, they will follow the straight path. If they turn away, they will be at odds with the truth. Allah will deliver you from them, for He is the Hearing, the Knowing ”(Quran, 2: 137).

After the assassination of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), the Muslim society split in two, which led to rivalry between Shiites and Sunnis, and this verse accurately describes what was happening. Dark spots are visible on the pages of the Koran, the librarian explains in a whisper: "This is the blood of Osman (may Allah be pleased with him), his throat was cut when he was reading the holy Book." So, brothers, even in those days when many people remembered the Prophet (ssallalahu alayhi vassals), pride seized many so much that people began to consider themselves entitled to take the life of another person, even the righteous caliph, son-in-law and companion of the Prophet! (ssallalahu alayhi to the vassals) These were the first "assassins".

The successor of Osman (may Allah be pleased with him) took the Qur'an to Kufu, to Iraq, where the Book remained for several centuries. In the XIV century, Timur took it, like many other works, when he seized the area, and brought it to the Nur madrasah in Samarkand. There she lay for another 500 years, until the Great Game began in the 19th century, a deadly conflict between Britain and Tsarist Russia for dominance in Central Asia. In 1868, Osman's Koran was delivered to Tsar Alexander II by General Kaufman, the governor of Turkestan. The book was transferred to the imperial library in St. Petersburg.

During the revolution in the 20th century, the Muslims of Turkestan petitioned Lenin, and he did not hesitate to make a decision - Osman's Koran arrived in Tashkent, where he spent almost the entire remaining 20th century in the history museum. In 1989, he was transferred to the Tillya Sheikh Mosque, where it remains to this day. “Madeleine Albright, Hillary Clinton, Vladimir Putin, the leaders of Iran, Turkey, Egypt and the Emirates came here to admire the Koran,” my guide stated.

But the librarian showed me another miracle, which I wanted to tell you about. In another room, he showed the manuscript in Farsi, saying that this work was brought here by Timur, who was very fond of rereading it and ordered to take care of it. This is the "Story of Three Comrades" by Omar Khayyam. We are talking about the great Persian poet and astronomer Omar Khayyam, the Seljuk vizier Nizam al Mulka and Hasan Sabbah - the founder of the Assassin Order. All three were contemporaries, were friends and, moreover, studied in Nishapur under the same teacher.

In the distant XI century in the city of Nishapur (this is modern Iran) there was a teacher, Imam Mowafakka, he was very fond of his profession and believed that the teacher was the most important profession on earth. He began his first lesson for disciples with a story about three angels: “A man lives three lives, and in each of them he is accompanied by angels. The first life is in the womb, the second is earthly life, well, and the third is the one that we deserved from our previous life.

So, one day, the day before his birth, the child asked the Almighty:

“I don’t know why I am going into this world. What should I do there?

The Almighty answered him:

- I will give you an angel who will always be by your side. He will explain everything to you.

- And how will I understand him, because I do not know his language?

- The angel will teach you his language, he will protect you from all troubles.

- How and when should I return to you?

- Your angel will tell you everything.

- What is the name of my angel?

"You will call him Mom."

Thus, Movafakka edified, mother is the first angel in the earthly life of a person, for she is his first teacher, and therefore the teacher is the most important profession on earth.

A good teacher must bring up such a student who will surpass him, and Imam Mowafakka saw that among all his wards, three of the most promising stood out. Already in his youth, it was clear from them that they would leave a mark on history: Omar, Hasan and Nizam. All three were diligent, ambitious, distinguished by a keen sense of justice. They were sincerely friends and helped each other.

The teacher Movafakka from Nishapur commanded them:

- Everything that you dream of in your youth, carry with you all your life. Learn from each other, remember each other, help each other, may your faith bring good not only to you! Know that it takes a lifetime to become a human being, and a moment is enough to become an apostate. And I firmly know that you - one of you for sure, will glorify not only your neighbors, but also the time in which we live.

When they parted, the friends took an oath that the one who will achieve success in life before others will help the career of friends.

The first to whom success came was

Nizam al-Mulk. He became a vizier in the Seljuk Sultanate. Having given a decent scholarship to Omar and having achieved a high position for Hasan, Nizam kept his oath in his own way.

I will tell you more about Nizam. Nizam ul-Mulk was the vizier8 of the Sultan of Alps Arslan and the Sultan Malik Shah (the son and grandson of the Tatar Torgul-Beg, who snatched Persia from the hands of the weak heir of Mahmud the Great and founded the Seljuk dynasty). Nizam al-Mulk, in his Testament, which he wrote and left as a historical chronicle for future statesmen, writes the following9:

“One of the greatest of the wise men of Khorasan was Imam Movafakk of Nishapur, a highly respected and respected man, his brilliant years exceeded the threshold of eighty-five, and there was a general belief that every boy who read the Qur'an or studied the traditions in his presence would surely achieve honor and wealth. It is for this reason that my father sent me from Tus to Nishapur, so that I could study and learn under the guidance of this brilliant teacher. He always turned his gaze full of benevolence and kindness to me, and as his student, I felt exceptional love and devotion for him, so I spent four years studying with him.

When I first went there, I found two other students of the same age as me who had just arrived: Hakim Omar Khayyam and the notorious Hasan bin Sabbah. Both had a sharp mind and the highest natural qualities; and so the three of us formed a close partnership together. When the imam got up after lessons, they usually joined me, and we repeated the lessons we heard to each other.

Omar was a native of Nishapur, while the father of Hasan bin Sabbah was a certain Ali, a man of a harsh lifestyle and profession, but a heretic by his faith. Hasan once said to me and Khayyam: “There is a general belief that the disciples of Imam Mowafakka will achieve wealth. So even if we all fail to achieve it, then no doubt at least one of us will. What then should be our mutual vows and obligations? " We answered: "Let it be as you please." “Okay,” he said, “let's make a vow that whoever gets the wealth, he should share it equally with the rest, and not leave any excess for himself.” “So be it,” we both replied, and on these terms we mutually pledged to fulfill our words.

Years passed, and I left Khorasan for Transoxiana, traveled to Ghazni and Kabul. And when I returned, I was appointed to the position and rose to the office of business during the reign of the Sultan of Alps Arslan. "

Further from his story it follows that years passed, and both of his old school friends found him, came and demanded a share of the great wealth, in accordance with the vow of school days. The Vizier was generous and kept his word. Hasan demanded for himself a position in the government, to which the sultan appointed him at the request of his vizier. However, dissatisfied with his slow progress upward, he got involved in the labyrinth of intrigues of the eastern court, moreover, he began to oust his benefactor, as a result of which he was expelled with dishonor.

After many failures and wanderings, Hasan, - says Al Mulk further, - became the head of the Persian sect of the Ismailis - a group of fanatics who had been in obscurity for a long time. However, now, guided by the strong and evil will of Hassan, they have gained fame for themselves, but very bad. In 1090 AD, Hassan captured Alamut Castle in the Rudbar province, which lies on a mountainous stretch south of the Caspian Sea. It was during his stay in this house in the mountains that he gained his fame among the crusaders as the "elder of the mountains" who sowed terror throughout Europe and became a symbol of evil in the Muslim world.

“Well, we've heard a lot about him, so I'd better tell you about the third friend - Hakim Omar Khayyam,” the teacher continued.

This man became the pride of the Ummah: in his works in mathematics, he was 500 years ahead of European science. In his time, Europe did not even know the number 0! Omar Khayyam's authority as an astrologer was incredibly high. He became even more famous as "the king of the philosophers of the West and the East." In his concept, elements of different philosophical systems coexisted quite easily. We must not forget that the world learned about Aristotle and about all ancient philosophy and logic from the Arab world. In our time, Omar Khayyam is best known to a wide circle of readers as a poet.

So, Omar Khayyam also came to the vizier Nizam to demand his share; but not to ask for property or position. “The greatest blessing you can bestow on me,” he said, “is to allow me to live in a corner under the shadow of your wealth, spread the benefits of the sciences widely and pray for your long life and prosperity.” And when the vizier discovered that Omar was really sincere in his refusal, Nizam no longer put pressure on him, but provided him with an annual pension of 1200 calico of gold from the treasury of Nishapur.

One of the largest observatories in the medieval world, Isfahan, was transferred to Khayyam's disposal. Here, he and a group of the best astronomers manage to develop a new calendar, which was based on a thirty-three-year period, which included eight leap years, which followed seven times after four years and once after five years. This calendar was distinguished by a higher accuracy than the Gregorian one.

When Hasan was intriguing against Nizam, and Nizam was thinking of destroying a former friend who had become an enemy, Nizam and Omar talked. Omar: “You want to kill Hassan, but what about our friendship, an oath? After all, the one who broke the oath will go to hell, and his descendants will carry the ancestral curse through the generations. - Nizam: "These are all fairy tales." - Omar: "You will lose fabulousness, you will lose life." - "Are you protecting Hasan?" - Omar: “No, I'm for justice, we're friends! And friends differ from your surroundings in that they always say exactly what they think, and I would say the same to Hasan.

Do not pursue people on the slander of strangers,

Between people, be reasonable and kind and tolerant.

You say: "I did not do evil of my own free will."

No one will believe your excuses!

Remember how we walked, argued, dreamed, everyone envied our friendship, reckoned with us, and there was no limit to our failure to achieve, we complemented each other. Just think - only now do you realize that it was a "piece" of Paradise. " “Yes,” Nizam suddenly melted, “we shared everything that we had, and there was no such thing that we would not give for each other. But this is youth, - Nizam suddenly woke up, but in life everything is different. We need houses, money, power to make our dreams come true. Here you are - a scientist, an astronomer-predictor, but even you need money to make your dreams come true. " - Omar: “Not as much as you think.

Nizam: "If people acted according to the Koran: Allah gives money to the rich not to flaunt it and enjoy life, but to help the poor ..."

What did the ustaz tell us? "Allah does not look at your faces and your wealth, but looks at your hearts and your deeds."

“Omar, admit it honestly,” asks Nizam, “do you need money to create the time machine you dream of?” - "No, Nizam, I have already created it." - ??? “If I need to go into the past, I go deep into memories, and if I need to go into the future, I dream! But the future has one peculiarity - once you look into it, how it changes everything. The uninitiated cannot understand this. And the teacher was right when he said: If a ruler rules for more than 7 years, he loses feelings and clarity and lives in another world - the world of hypocrisy and lies ”.

“Strength, money and power are the source of prosperity,” Nizam replied. And Hasan must obey or disappear, he has no choice. " - Omar: "Everything that you say contradicts our oath, and the one who breaks the oath ... He shields the truth from himself with his sin." - Nizam: “When we were young, I was also looking for the truth - it was a great time. And now ... business, worries, court intrigues, and interest in the search has disappeared. "

Omar: "Look, Vizier of the Sultan, how magnificent this mountain is!" - "Yes, truly so." “Do you see that boulder by the road? Let's go behind him and from there we will admire the mountain! "

Nizam: “Are you in your mind, Omar ?! If we go behind it, we will not see any mountain, everything will be obscured by a boulder. " “This is how you, Nizam, act, breaking your oath: you have entered a place where the truth is not only not visible, but even there is no desire to seek it. Know, Nizam, lions are hunted only by the most courageous, and those who only think of themselves as a lion are pursued even by hares. And if you go the way of a lion, know its end: the old feeble king is torn apart by jackals.

If all states are near and far,

Conquered, they will roll in the dust -

You will not become, great lord, immortal.

Your lot is not great: three arshins of land.

Thus, for the sake of protecting justice and fidelity to his word, Omar defended Hasan, who was in danger. However, in the course of the confrontation, Hasan turned into a very dangerous rival for Nizam, and the vizier had to discredit his former friend in the eyes of the Sultan. Hasan, upon learning of this, vowed cruel revenge and fled to Egypt, where he accepted the Ismaili faith.

Perhaps it was in Egypt that Hasan had the idea of creating a secret order as an instrument of personal revenge, and, returning to Persia, Hasan began to regularly make robberies in the territory of the Seljukids.

The first victim of the Assassins was Nizam al-Mulk himself. Khayyam had no choice but to return to his native Nishapur, where he spent the rest of his days. In recent years, to the glory of an outstanding scientist, poet and sage, he managed to add the glory of a seditious philosopher - a dangerous free-thinker who ridiculed vices, venality and hypocrisy.

At the zenith of his ill-fame, Hasan learned about the hard-hitting conversation between Omar and Nizam and thought that Omar supported him and his order, and decided to send his servants after him. Once several soldiers came into Omar's house - it was immediately obvious that they were assassins, for they were dressed in white robes with red belts. Such robes in the Islamic world of the Middle Ages were considered a symbol of death (the Templar crusaders also dressed in white with red crosses), everyone was afraid of them: from the poor to the kings.

They entered in silence and asked how they could find the “tent” 10. Omar Khayyam introduced himself, they said that they would stay the night and say in the morning why they had come.

“Give the guests the same simple food as us,” Omar told the servants. This made the soldiers very angry, as they were used to a very respectful attitude, and one of them went to Omar and said: “Who do you think we are? We are the warriors of Allah, sacrificing lives for our country. Why are you not treating us properly? "

Khayyam answered sternly: “Who do you think we are? We are the servants of Allah, our goal is the salvation of all that exists. " The warrior was amazed at the answer and respectfully told about the purpose of their arrival: “The elder of the mountains Hasan asked to secretly come to him in Alamut, and since he does not leave the castle himself, he asked you to come to him. If you refuse, then we must apologize and leave. This is the first time we receive such a task and wonder who you are? Why does the "hidden imam" treat you so respectfully - after all, he selected the best of us? ", The warrior concluded his story. And Omar hit the road.

“Praise be to the Almighty, Omar, I hug you and greet you, my dear friend! - With these words, Hasan hugged Omar. - Hassan - you are my only true friend, only from my youth I trusted you, and you justified my faith with time. After all, friendship is when you say what you think, and not what they want to hear from you, this is insincerity ... I am very glad that I saw you, because I wanted to know a lot from you. " “Ask,” Omar replied.

“Is it true that you live only on what you get from studying, from poetry, that is, in fact, you sell your wisdom and live on that? Is it proper for such a sage to engage in such a craft? " - "Why not? This is the only thing that I have, - answered Omar Khayyam - and money is needed. Look around: people make money from the wind of anger and deceit, and I - from a heart's thought. "

After thinking, Hasan asked further: "Is it possible to buy wisdom for money?" - "It is possible, if the word is in place and at the time and if what is said will help the person to overcome the problem." - "And you earn a lot?" “A wise man as a sower always sows the seeds of wisdom, but we must not forget that the harvest depends on many natural phenomena,” Omar replied.

Hasan said: “I wanted to thank you Omar for your sincerity and the support you gave me in conversation with Nizam. His courtier told me about it. After your return from a walk, Nizam did not go out to anyone for nine days, he was silent. Then he called the advisers and told them about your conversation and asked for advice and, naturally, did not receive it. Everyone tried to persuade him to punish you for your relationship with me. And only I know that you remained true to your oath and were honest to the end. Even I am not sure of my fortitude and I doubt if I could answer that way - it is immediately obvious that you live not only for yourself. "

Omar: “He who lives for himself alone is dead for others. This is not true, Hassan, I did not protect you and did not take your side in your conflict.

I defended our youth, our friendship and our vow. Our teacher wanted to see us just like that, and only one of us will glorify our time, I am convinced that it is good deeds that are eternal. "

- Hasan: - "But he wanted to kill me first, I defended myself." - "No, Hasan, you can tell your servants, but I see everything."

“I had no choice,” Hasan said with a serious air. “There is always a choice,” Omar replied. - All abominations in this world are done with such a face. First you killed Nizam, then his sons, and then you began to revel and enjoy the fact that people began to fear you. But you should know that the father can demand obedience, the sultan can demand obedience, the mufti can demand obedience. But you alone are responsible for your soul. Under Allah, you will not say that you simply strictly followed the order - people will accept it, but not All-Seeing Allah. "

“You, Omar, have already lived for so many years, and you speak as in your youth. Have you not developed at least a sense of caution? You speak so harshly that not only me, but also anyone else can not withstand your pressure. " “Others are not my friends. I am not so sincere with them, but if I tell you not what I think, I will betray our friendship. And then, I allow myself to say it, because we are alone, otherwise it would be hypocrisy, - said Omar. - Speak the truth, even if death threatens and the Almighty will always be with you - this is how we were taught!

“Be meek as a dove,” Hasan interrupted, “and you will be deceived; be wise as a snake, and you will be deprived of your life. - Only fear guides people, and only fear needs to keep people in check, fear of death - that's what I chose. Omar, death itself is not so painful as its expectation is my weapon!

I have many warriors ready to die for me, and I achieved what Nizam wanted to achieve with money and power. It is fear and death that are the true weapons, and it is me who will be honored by descendants, and it is I who will glorify our time. Although I have many enemies, I will get through this too. I know, Omar, you will tell the truth, for which I honor you. Tell me: have I achieved what I wanted? Something worries me all the time: I have formed a state within a state, the whole world is afraid of me, but something is still wrong! But I have always obeyed Allah. "

Omar: “Your real success is your concern. Your eyes are open, but they cannot see the sun. The more you have power, the more "rats" in your soul. Remember our ustaz: “This is good and do not think that it will ascend, the main thing is purity of thoughts - and thoughts can be different. God does not look at our faces and wallets, He looks at what is in our souls and at our actions. "

Why do you consider your enemies? No matter how many there are, only one can kill you. The individual is mortal, but humanity as a whole is eternal. Death equalizes everyone, but it gives oblivion to some, and glory to others in the eyes of their descendants, and this depends on the purity of thoughts. It is sincerity and kindness that are eternal, and they overcome evil - I affirm this with my mouth and firmly believe in it with my soul!

There are two wolves fighting in every person. One wolf represents all the evil that is in a person: envy, jealousy, selfishness, ambition, lies. Another wolf represents goodness, love, hope, respect for others, kindness, loyalty, wisdom. "

Hasan asked: "And which one, in your opinion, wins?" Omar smiled in response: "The one you feed."

“Khayyam,” said the stern Hasan, amazed by this smile, “you, it is you who will glorify our time, and I admit it. Just tell me honestly, what do you think, reading the "signs of life", what awaits me and my offspring? "

Omar became very serious: “It is just that death should befall those who issued death sentences, suspicion and treachery will persecute those who disseminated them among people. The crime must destroy that which raised the crimes. Your rock, Hassan, will become a place of hatred and conspiracy. Fathers will look at their sons with envious fear, and they will look forward to the death of their parents. Relatives will avoid each other, and when they are forced to meet, one will put on an iron chain mail, and the other will double the number of guards. Parricide will be punished by parricide, and this unforgiving fate will fill your descendants with horror and remorse, Hasan. A bowl of poison will avenge the dagger. "

Hasan listened to everything in a cold sweat, and they silently parted with Omar. Hasan did not speak to anyone for six months after this meeting.

The murderer also considered me a murderer.

How did he get into this deep delusion?

He didn't exactly lie, he looked into his spirit

And I saw myself! - in this mirror rough.

And, indeed, there was a period when some next ruler in Alamut, no less depraved or cruel than his predecessors, tried to restore the Ismaili faith and cleanse Alamut of the abominations that defiled him, this was either a pretense, or he did not succeed. His successors only grew fiercer. But the measure overflowed: in 1256, the Mongols attacked the Assassins and subdued them.

And the light was freed from the reproach that the existence of such a sect brought upon it.

“Who, while living on earth, did not sin? Answer me!

But who did not sin - did he live? Answer me!

Than you are better than me if I am punished

Did you commit evil in return? Answer! "

At the end of his life, Omar made a pilgrimage to Mecca across the Middle East. After completing the night prayer, he bowed down and, kneeling, said: “O Allah! As far as I could, I tried to get to know You. Forgive me! As far as I have come to know You, I have come closer to You. " With these words on his lips, Omar Khayyam died.

An old, withered tree stood by the road. One night a thief walked past him and got scared: it seemed to him that it was a guard waiting for him. A young man in love passed, and his heart beat with joy: he took the tree for his beloved. The child, frightened by terrible tales, saw the tree and burst into tears: he decided it was a ghost. But the tree was only a tree.

We see the world as we are. That, in general, is all that I wanted to tell you about the assassins. It is up to you and you to choose from what you have heard which of the three comrades glorified their time. It will be easy to make the right choice if you ask yourself the question: which of the three would I give my children to study?

GUARDIAN ANGEL

Ustaz finished his story, everyone was silent, lost in thought. It seemed that the conversation was over, but the ustaz did not say the final "amin", for he knew that there was another amazing story to tell from his Afghan past.

- And now I would like to tell you the amazing story that happened to me in the war in Afghanistan. I served in the Soviet army, and in 1984, at the beginning of April, we were transferred to Afghanistan. We settled down near Kabul, the place was called "Tyoply Stan" of military unit 36663. When we were doing military service, we never had ethnic or national differences, and my close friends were Russian, Georgian, Armenian and Chechen.

At that time, a major special operation was being prepared, the 7th "Pandsher operation", its purpose was to destroy Ahmad Shah Massoud - "Pandesher lion" - this was a legendary personality. We were not politicians and did not understand then who was right or wrong in that war: we were told that we were protecting the Afghan people and the legitimate government from rebels financed from overseas and not at all Muslims. The latter, by the way, turned out to be true. We carried out the order of our Motherland, to which we took the military oath, and violation of this word is a great sin according to Sharia.

At that time I was amazed and surprised by many things - Ahmad Shah was not much older than me, and was already a legendary and elusive war. The prisoners whom we took were proud and did not ask for mercy, their resilience amazed them, although we were not from a timid dozen. It was clear that these were not bandits: they were driven by a strong idea, which gave them such resilience.

We were given a task, and we moved to the given area. We passed the Aminovka, moving along the road to the Salang pass, were supposed to pick up the soldiers in the 45th engineer regiment, but our commander did not wait for them, and we moved, bypassing the turn to Bagram through the Charikar valley to the Pandsher gorge. This haste could cost us dearly, since the final point was not far from the village of Rukh. Who was, he knows that without sappers there - inevitable death.

In general, we arrived, dismounted and moved out. On the second day we came across a shepherd - a handsome boy of 5-6 years old was looking at us with curiosity. Everyone became very sad, and everyone prayed to God that he didn’t have to ... After all, according to the secret military laws of intelligence, no one should be left alive along the route, as this could interfere with the solution of the task, and this is the most important thing in war: if not you kill, then you. Moreover, our unit was one of the best in the USSR, with a track record from Cuba to the Far East.

When the head of the group gave me a sign to come up, everything inside me was cut short, everything immediately became clear. Everyone moved forward, leaving me and the boy I was to kill. Then I turned to the Almighty with a prayer that He would help me out of this situation, and suddenly it suddenly dawned on me: I put him in my duffel bag behind my back and carried him along with my things, telling me to sit quietly.

After a few kilometers, at a halt, the commander quickly "figured out" me and called me aside, where a very unpleasant conversation took place. He was right - after all, I risked the lives of my comrades and the well-being of their families, but I convinced him that there was no risk yet, just my burden was heavier. Something convinced him in my look and voice, and he believed me, leaving the decision of this question to my discretion.

The commander looked me straight in the eyes and said quietly: "Don't let me down," turned around and went to raise the group. And then the shooting began ... We were ambushed, it was impossible to go forward, to go back the same way - the same. It was only possible to leave unnoticed through a minefield, and we did not wait for the sappers! Of ourselves, I was the best with the sapper business, and I was sent to look for a way through the minefield. Moving forward for the task, I remembered the admonition of my teacher, who had gone through the Great Patriotic War: "Not the sapper who senses where the mines are, but the one who senses where they are not will live to old age." And here the boy played his role.

It turned out that the guy I saved knew all the paths here, including the passages through the minefield, and after him I led all our people through this field very quickly and without a single loss. This was the first miracle. Further, during the retreat, in the evening, we stumbled upon another armed group. It was possible to break through, but at the cost of considerable losses. And then the second miracle: it turned out that these were the relatives of the rescued boy, who were looking for him! Finding the boy safe and sound, they treated us kindly and let five people pass. So we got out without loss. We went to the area where the 317th Airborne Regiment was located.

- How did you communicate with the boy? - asked Rustam.

- He was an ethnic Uzbek, and I am also a Turk, plus gestures. But the very first thing was a smile. He immediately realized that I would not harm him. After that, I began to live according to the orders of Allah. Later, when I learned the story in which the teacher from Nishapur spoke about the “three lives” of a person and about the angels that Allah gives him, I realized that we were protected by this boy's Guardian Angel. They say the truth: victory is not with the one who has strength - victory is with the one who has the truth!

Here, brothers, you see: it was possible to simply carry out the order, and none of the people would have condemned me for this, because the commander is responsible for the order. But it was possible to apply all diligence, and the word "jihad" means diligence for the sake of Allah, so as not to violate the order, but to try to convince the commander of our rightness, and the Merciful gave us such an opportunity. Well, and the fact that, for the sake of saving an innocent child, I had to vilify him at night on my hump along with heavy equipment along the mountains - well, it's the mercy of Allah to earn His pleasure at such an easy price! After all, Allah saved our lives, although - due to natural circumstances - we all had to die in this operation.

Therefore, what the teacher from Nishapur said to his students, I also tell you: remember your rest of your life and instill this in your children and loved ones that good always triumphs over evil, and it is not the assassins who win, but the God-fearing, such as Omar Khayyam. Today all over the world we see a symbolic continuation of the dispute between Omar, Hasan and Nizam, and it depends on us where the Ummah will go, which of them it will choose for itself as a hero of our time. For "verily, Allah does not change the position of people until they change themselves" (Qur'an, 13:11). Amine.

By the grace of Allah, we are pleased to announce that we have started translating the commentary from the collection "The Fortress of a Muslim from the Words of the Remembrance of Allah Found in the Quran and Sunnah." The translation is based on a brief commentary by Sheikh Majdi bin 'Abd al-Wahhab Ahmad (Sharh Hisn al-Muslim), as well as a fundamental commentary by the author of the collection, Sheikh Sa'id bin' Ali bin Wahf al-Kahtani (Ithaf al- Muslim "). As Sheikh Majdi Ahmad writes in the foreword: “This book, despite its small volume, caused a wide response among Muslims. You can hardly find a single house that does not have this book. Moreover, you can hardly find at least one Muslim who does not have a copy. The huge interest of people in this collection is also evidenced by the fact that it has been translated into many languages of the world. (the book was translated into Russian by Abdullah Nirsha (ed.))... Truly, books of this kind deserve to be given increased attention and scientific treatises written in their service. "
Today we bring to your attention a translation of the section on clothing (words of the remembrance of Allah when dressing; words of remembrance of Allah when putting on new clothes; words of prayer for the one who puts on new clothes; what should be said to the one who takes off his clothes). To make it easier to memorize the words of remembrance of Allah, we post the corresponding audio files.

2. Words of remembrance of Allah when dressing

 1. Praise be to Allah, Who dressed me in this (clothes) and endowed me with it, but I myself did not[would do nothing] action and not[would have] by force,[do not be the will of Allah].

الْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا (الثَّوْبَ) وَ رَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلاَ قُوَّةٍ

Al-hamdu li-llyahi allazi kasa-ni haza- (s-sauba) wa razak-ni-hi min gairi haulin min-ni wa la quwvatin.
Hadith text

It is narrated from the words of Mu'az bin Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Who will take food, and then say:“ Praise be to Allah who fed me this food and endowed me with it, but I myself would not [take any] action and would not [have] the strength [were it not for the will of Allah] ", past and future sins will be forgiven." He said: “And whoever puts on some kind of clothing and says:“ Praise be to Allah, Who has dressed me in this garment and endowed me with it, but I myself would not [take any] action and would not [have] the power, [had it is the will of Allah] ", past and future sins will be forgiven."

Hadith transmitterMu'az bin Anas, may Allah be pleased with him.

Comment

"Praise be to Allah"- a notification of the merits of the person being praised, accompanied by an expression of love for him. This word can only be used to describe the One Who is Praiseworthy ( Hamid), Glorious ( Majid) .

« this (clothes)"- that is, here you should pronounce the name of the clothes that a person puts on. If this is a shirt ( kamis), then you should say “in this shirt ( khyaz-l-kamis)" etc.

« but I myself am not[would do nothing] action and not[would have] by force,[do not be the will of Allah] » - the meaning of this phrase is this: I would not even be able to budge and I would not have had the skill to get these clothes, if Allah did not wish it.

3. Words of remembrance of Allah when putting on new clothes

 1. O Allah, praise to You! You put me on this [clothes]. I ask You for her good and the good of what she was made for, and I resort to Your protection from her evil and the evil of what she was made for!

Allahumma, la-kya-l-hamd, Anta kasauta-ni-hi! As'alyu-kya haira-hu wa khaira ma suni-ania-hu, wa a'uzu bi-kya min sharri-hi wa sharri ma suni-hu.

Hadith text

It is narrated from the words of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that when putting on new clothes, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) pronounced its name, [for example] "turban", or "shirt" [, or “Cape”], and then said: “O Allah, praise to Thee! You have put me in this [garment, and] I ask You for its good and the good of what it was made for, and I resort to Your protection from its evil and the evil of what it was made for! ” Abu Nadra said: "If any of the companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) put on new clothes, they said to him:" May you wear [this clothes] and may Allah Almighty replace you [with other clothes]! " ".

Hadith transmitter: Abu Saomanid al-Khudri Saanimid bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him and his father.

Comment

« pronounced its name " - that is, the name of the garment. It is advisable to mention the name of the clothes that the person wears.

“I ask You for her good» - the meaning of this phrase is as follows: I ask You to grant me blessings in these clothes. The good thing in clothes is that they do not wear out for a long time, do not get dirty and worn as needed.

« and the benefit of what it was made for " - here we mean the forced circumstances due to which the clothes are made: protection from heat and cold, as well as concealment ‘Awrata.

These words contain a request to Allah to bestow goodness in all these things in order to achieve the ultimate goal for which the clothes are made: help in worship and obedience to our Patron.

As for the evil of the garment and the evil of what it was made for, this evil consists of exactly opposite things. We are talking about forbidden, nasty and quickly wearing out clothes, or about such clothes that become the cause of sin, abominations, arrogance, narcissism, seduction and fastidiousness.

4. Words of supplication for the one who will put on new clothes

 1. Yes will you wear out [this clothes] and yes replace you [her] Allah Almighty [other clothes] !

تُبْلِي وَ يُخْلِفُ اللهُ تَعَالَى

Tubli wa yuhlifu-Llahu tamilah. Hadith text

Abu Nadra said: "If any of the companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) put on new clothes, they said to him:" May you wear [this clothes] and may Allah Almighty replace you [with other clothes]! " ".

It is reported that Umm Khalid bint Khalid, may Allah be pleased with her, said: “[One day] the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was brought a garment, among which was a little black khamisa, and he said: “Who do you think we should wear this khamisu? " The people were silent, and he said: "Bring Umm Khalid to me." When they brought me to him, carrying in his arms, he took khamisu with his own hands and put it on me, saying: "Wear it out and wear it out!" ... On that khamisethere were green or yellow patterns. He said, “Oh Umm Khalid, this sanah", and sanah in the language of Ethiopians means ‘beautiful’.

Hadith transmitter: (1) - Abu Nadra (may Allah have mercy on him); (2) - Umm Khalid, may Allah be pleased with her and her father.

Comment

"Yes, you will wear out [this clothes] » - the meaning of this wish is that a person should live a long time and wear these clothes until they wear out and turn into rags.

« and yes replace you [her] Allah Almighty [other clothes] » - that is, may Allah give you even better clothes in exchange for this clothing.

This prayer is an allegorical wish for a long life.

Useful Conclusions from This Hadith

اِلْبَسْ جَدِيداً وَ عِشْ حَمِيداً وَ مُتْ شَهِيداً

Ilbas jadidan, wa ‘ish hamidan wa mut shahidan. Hadith text

It is reported, according to Ibn 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, that [one day], seeing on' Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, a white robe, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked: “This is your Are the clothes new or washed? " ['Umar] replied, "Washed." Then [the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Wear new, live worthy and die shahid!» .

Hadith transmitter: ‘Abdullah bin’ ‘Umar bin al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him and his father.

Comment

"Wear new" - the imperative mood here means supplication, that is, may Allah grant you new clothes!

« live with dignity " - the imperative mood here also means prayer, that is, let your life in obedience to Allah be long, thanks to which you will praise your Lord [for His good deeds], the Lord will praise you [for your fear of God], and people will praise you [for treat them kindly].

« and dieshahid » - and here the imperative mood means supplication, that is, may Allah grant you a good death. The best death is martyrdom in the path of Allah.

Hadith text

It is reported, according to Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The veil between ‘Awrathdescendants of Adam and jinn, when people take off their clothes, the words are: “With the name of Allah! ””.

Hadith transmitterAnas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him.

Comment

Under the word ‘ veil’ (citrus) here means ‘obstruction, veil’ ( hijab).

« serve the words: “With the name of Allah! ”» - the meaning of this phrase is as follows: the name of Almighty Allah for the descendants of Adam is like a seal that the jinn are unable to break.

Some Islamic scholars have said that the words "All-Merciful, Compassionate!" Cannot be added to this phrase. because one should confine oneself only to what is clearly conveyed in the text of the hadith.

"With the name of Allah!"- ehthat phrase means: I start with each name of Allah, because from the lexical analysis of this phrase it is clear that all the beautiful names of the Most High Lord are meant.

35 Word shahid derived from the verb martyr(‘Witness, be present’). At its core martyr is a warrior who fell in the battle for faith in the path of Allah. There are several opinions as to why such a person is named shahid: 1 - the angels testified that he will enter Paradise; 2 - he is alive, not dead, that is, he is as if present; 3 - the angels of mercy testify in favor of him; 4 - he fulfilled the testimony of the truth in the command of Allah until his death. [Ibn Manzur. "Lisan al-Arab"]. Among martyrs are not only the warriors who died in the path of Allah. For example, it is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “ Shahids there are five: the one who died of the plague, the one who died of a stomach disease, the one who drowned, the one who died under the rubble, and the one who was martyred on the path of Allah "[Sahih Muslim (4940)] ... Four of the five people mentioned in this hadith, that is, those who will not accept martyrdom in the path of Allah, were named shahids in a figurative sense. This means that because of what happens to them, their sins will be forgiven and their rewards increased, so that they will reach the degrees martyrs and will become such in the eternal world, but not in the earthly world, where the action of religious martyrs will not apply to them. In addition, they will not necessarily receive the same awards, since the awards will differ from each other. martyrs as such. It should be noted that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called shahids and people who died under other circumstances, and therefore the number of categories of persons called shahids, is not limited to four [Mubarakfuri. At the same time he took part in military campaigns against the Persians. During the turmoil, he did not join either side. Multiply his property and his offspring and make [it] gracious to him! ” ( "Allahumma, aksir malia-hu, wa valada-hu, wa barik la-hu fi-hi!").
